This location is inconsistent with their service - sometimes the customer service and speed is great and sometimes it's not. This is my least favorite location as a result which is sad because it's the closest to my house and work.

Every time i order for mobile pick up or through doordash i always pay the upcharge to add extras to my drink and every time i always get it with no extras that i paid for anyway.

I don’t get coffee often from Starbucks so when I pulled into the drive through it took me a moment to order. The barista was no help. When I finally did order I could hear a different barista mocking me in the back ground.
Had some breakfast sandwiches which are always good. Coffee was fine but the cashier person who took our order was very abrupt and rude. All other employees were friendly but this guy was a jerk. This is not someone who should be the first encounter or even up front at all.

Came in on 11/14/2024 red cup day to my surprise it was VERY BUSY. Several people waiting for their drinks and was told it was 30 min wait and 45 drinks behind. Regardless still ordered. NO MATTER how busy they were they were all calm, collected and positive. Truly appreciated how kind they were with every drink they made. Honestly they’re can do attitude and positivity made me appreciate my drink a little more. Yall are rockstars! Will continue to order from here regardless of wait times!

I got served a raw Gouda bacon egg sandwich. Literally straight from the fridge. Called location. I either go back store location to get refunded or call customer service. Even though bought on app. Could have even offered to send a gift card by mail for amount. Instead of me wasting more of my time to fix their mistake. Customer Service refunded but they could care less. Didn’t even offer to comp drink or something to show they at least cared. The thought would have be appreciated at least that they cared a little. No excuse for not even cooking it for 1 second. Literally raw. Starbucks has lost my business after I finish using amount on my app card.

The Court street Starbucks is my favorite place in the Tri-cities area to get hot chocolate, eat a snack, work on homework or do writing work. Every time I come here the service is friendly, the environment is welcoming, clean, and there is plenty of space to sit and chill for few hours while I work.
