My mother got a dragon fruit lemonade drink and she paid for extra but they put 3 small chunks of the dragon fruit and my mother looked irritated and the cashier Slammed the drive thru door. 0/10 never coming again

I am in tricities from out of town and with all the stress I am already experiencing of not knowing where I am at, I do not need the stress from Starbucks not doing their jobs. My caramel macchiato with supposedly 4 shots of blonde coffee came out the same color as my vanilla bean which by the way was like milk. It was given to me like it had been sitting there for ten years rather than straight out of the blender. Our cookies were good though. However, I am still highly disappointed and will no longer be attending this terrible establishment.

Asked Cassandra to do a different espresso in a Frappuccino and she said ok and then handed us a normal unmodified frap, then I asked for 3 straws and she smirked and handed me 2, I excepted better service with my $8 coffee. ?

All I know in this crazy world we should never have to pay $6 for a little ounce and a half sandwich. Crazy times we live in. If they tripled up the size of their breakfast sandwiches. Let's keep it Real. We would all be more happy with our breakfast. Corporate downsizing in every thing is the name of the game now!. Frozen and microwave.
