All I know in this crazy world we should never have to pay $6 for a little ounce and a half sandwich. Crazy times we live in. If they tripled up the size of their breakfast sandwiches. Let's keep it Real. We would all be more happy with our breakfast. Corporate downsizing in every thing is the name of the game now!. Frozen and microwave.

Drive though takes toooo long. If you’re in a hurry. Don’t come to this location. Multiple times have I come here, and each time it takes 10-15 min to get through a 3-4 car line.

Rude order taker and order giver at drive thru at 240pm today. She was not able to multi task. She had a line 8 cars deep, couldn't take orders and do anything else. Got my coffee and it was cold. She was rude when I asked for my coffee. Frustrating 10 minute wait for a cold cup. Won't be back. Was in from out of town, next time I'll ask around for recommendations on a local coffee shop that takes careof their customers

Five days a week I will get a Iced Venti Caramel Macchiato but in a Trenta cup w/ extra ice & a splash of cream. $7.00. There is an employee at the Rd 68 location that says that is not possible to fulfill this order. Any other location or any other employee but this one specifically and my coffee is made to order without any issues. Completely and utterly frustrating.I don’t usually take the time to write a review especially if it will be negative in nature. Dutch Brothers is a bit further of a drive but makes the same style of drink and is actually a lot less burnt tasting.

First off, this is the second time this instance has happened in the last few months. My wife went through the drive thru @ 5:05 on a Sunday before heading out to work and no response from the window. She pulls around and walks up to the door and it was locked but she did notice an employee sitting on the counter and another standing there. They both immediately disappeared to the back when my wife was noticed. My wife stood at the door and at 5:10, the gentleman came out the back and opened the door but stated we dont open till 5:30 which is incorrect. She asked if those were new hours and he said yeah I believe so. Another customer was standing next to my wife at that time to pickup an online order and they were both in shock.No need to lie if an employee is running late....No Excuses!! Speaking the truth would of been more reasonable and maybe a better reponse such as..."Sorry folks we re running a little late and plan on opening in the next few minutes so please be patient."We don't expect any freebies, thats not what this is about. Just want to make sure Starbucks have the right people working the weekends to assure the business is open on time.
