can’t say enough good things about the service I received from Jarod and Miranda at Subway! From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and clearly dedicated to making sure everything was done perfectly. You can tell they genuinely care—not just about the food quality, but about the entire customer experience. They worked together seamlessly to keep the store clean, the line moving, and every sandwich made just right. It’s rare to see that level of pride and attention to detail these days, and they both absolutely deserve recognition. Subway is lucky to have them, and I hope they’re being considered for leadership opportunities—they’ve certainly earned it!

If I could give no stars.... I would! I ordered a roast beef sandwich and paid extra for bacon. Bacon was fine, but I got 1 slice of freaking roast beef! One slice folded in half! I paid 24$ for a roast beef sandwich with bacon and chips and a drink... just to get one layer of roast beef, so total slices were 4. The wrong cheese is also on the sandwich, and some of the ingredients are missing. I don't even know what to say right now. I even left a nice note when I ordered, telling them they are amazing and appreciated, lol. I take that back. Pic 4 proof This sucks. I haven't eaten all day. Now I get to go finish making the world's most expensive sandwich

Edit- it got worse lol. When I tried to add my own meat so I'm not just eating veggies and carbs.... the pieces I thought were whole... were tiny end pieces folded in half. They gave me almost no meat. That's even worse. Dirty words to you guys, this is ridiculous. I'm disabled and haven't been able to eat all day. I just wanted something that wasn't greasy. I should have read your reviews first, I'm poor af, you owe me 25$ plus delivery!

Went in the next day to have it remade. Delt with the girl everyone on the reviews seems to dislike. Crystal. After being told by someone else that she was the one that made it last night, she addressed me confused and said she didn't make it or notice. Proceeded to ask what was missing despite me telling the manager already. If she didn't make it, I struggle to wonder why she was pretending to be nice and wonder. When I asked for the extra olives she said store policy was that you couldn't give people more than 8 slices 🤣🤣okay, what does a regular amount of olives look like? It's funny too, because my bf worked at subway not too long ago. He's never heard of that policy. I just don't ever want to come back to this location. I'm good on the fake nice too. A sandwich and chips costing 24$ shouldn't have 8 small slices of olives when I ask for extra. This subway can kick rocks. I like the one on kennewick Avenue. They are so nice and amazing at their job. I've never had a bad experience. I forgot, she didn't even use the right cheese when she made it
a second time.

Worst customer service ever the manager and the customer employee the employee waited until last minute prepping the sandwich to tell me that they were out of the hot honey. When it’s his job to mention that before hand. I said would have been nice to know before hand he grabbed the sandwich and tossed it behind him on the other counter mananger said be nice I was being nice. This subway keeps going down hill every single time. Sad used to be my favorite.

I placed an online order and requested extra veggies and avocado on a veggie wrap. I received standard amount of veggies and my avocado wasn't spread on my wrap instead it was added to a side cup. I had to spread it on and in doing so my entire wrap fell apart. I gave a tip but I won't be tipping at subway anymore bc apparently it doesn't matter. So disappointed with my order and with Subway.

Worst subway ever! There was a long line of customers and instead of the workers helping out one went to go "finish tomatoes" when there was already a lot of tomatoes. About 5 customers ended up leaving.

We sat in the drive through for 5 minutes only for the girl inside to wave her finger and us and shake her head. They never came to the window to even tell us why they wouldn’t serve us. Only one car was in the parking lot.

It's the first time I've complained about this place because the two times I've ordered my food online I've gotten hair inside my food, it's quite unpleasant, and when I go to the drive thru they take too long, almost always half an hour I'm probably standing there Even if they have few clients, they should pay attention to that, especially hygiene.

I placed my order online and went inside 5mins before my order should have been ready. And was told that my order was already picked up by someone else. But not only that they told me it was very suspicious that someone had already picked up my order in the drivethru... i wasnt aware we can pick up tru drive thru... they basically made me feel bad trying to accuse me of having someone else pick up my order. Im not going here no more. ?

I made an order on the app at 930 this morning to pick up at 1220 and i got to the store at 1233 and they said it wasn't ready yet, they were too busy. What a bummer. The lady said they were just starting to work on it now and i had received a message over 20 minutes ago saying it was just about ready.
