Everytime I go in lately there are new employees in training and no one training them. The sandwiches have a set amount of ingredients and new trainer are not being taught that so as a customer I am having to ask for the proper amount or even extra and when I am paying 15 for a sandwich I should have to ask for the proper amount on them

This place gets super busy and they are always shirt staffed. That said, be kind and patient. The employees are super kind and are working hard with what they have. The food is basic subway, nothing to wow, but they have the best options for healthier choices in the area.

Just got here from San Diego and was looking for a quick sandwich to pick up. A new hire was working today and the trainer was watching her while there was a line of 4 customers. Need better staff with better customer service.

Stopped to get a quick salad. Hadn't been to Subway in a while and figured I'd give it a try again. The ingredients were the same as they've always been. The salad bowls got smaller and it's kind of sad that I could eat literally anywhere else for less than the cost of the salad. Needless to say, I'm done with this place. It's overpriced mediocre food.

My wife and I stopped by this specific Subway in Pasco on Court St. We were helped by Keegan. He made 6 sandwiches for us. There was a female worker assisting him but didn't get her name. Moreover the sandwiches are the bomb! from fresh veggies to bread.
We arrived at 11:10am and waited for 20 minutes before it was our turn. There were 2 people working and one of them announced that he was injured and apologized for it. They were helping inside guests as well as online orders. This is the last time I visit Subway at that location. It is always understaffed. By the time I got my food it was 11:37am. I had to eat fast and hurry back to work. The help was very polite and they were working as fast as they could. This needs to get fixed or it will hurt the business. Some guests left before they could get served.

did COVID ruin customer service? I walked into this restaurant and they had 2 people in front of me. No big deal, I was not in a hurry. I waited 13 minutes before a young man can over to me, didn't acknowledge me, just looked at me. I said, you know what, I'm going to go to Jersey Mikes. I've been here 13 minutes and no one even said "Hi" or we will be right with you.He immediately said, "I have other customer before you and you needed to wait and be patient. WOW! he told me, the customer, I'm not important and my business doesn't matter. I run a business just down the road with 500 employees and in our meeting tomorrow I'm going to let everyone know how we don't want to be. Subway you didn't just lose me you lost my entire company.
