Terrible customer service. Nobody welcomes you. The staff acts like they don't want to be there and that you're being a bother to them. The kid that works the lunch hour is super unfriendly. He got irritated that I asked for a meatball sandwich. Not a fan of this location at all.

Brought my thermos for a refill and got a foot long sandwich for $19+. Meat and veggies were small portioned. Drink was put in their own cup. So… greedy server doesn’t even realise that saving her own cup and putting into refill saves her money. Absurd service, absurd prices.

Went in there 9/9/2024 at 3:10pm, 2 girls were in the back, one of the male employees was outside talking on the phone. When I got there one of the girls just said “one sec” I waited 5 minutes and she walked up to the counter and didn’t even make eye contact and walked back with the other girl. Meanwhile all the lids of their produce were open and flies everywhere touching the veggies. I continued to wait and kept checking my watch. 10 minutes of just standing there and no one offered to take my order. Not very friendly customer service… I worked at a subway before and my manager always made sure we took care of the customer first and then prep in between.. another thing my manager taught me was to keep the kids on the produce to hold proper temperature and avoid flies getting into it…the girls looked annoyed. I don’t think I will ever go there..

The smell in the room is terrible, I don’t know what it is!I always buy bread from Subway.Came in to just buy some bread.I needed to buy 3 breads.The girl told me that you would pay $6 for a sandwich.I asked her again, does that mean 3 loaves of bread cost 18 dollars?She said yes!I'm shocked.I buy it all the time.And with this answer I'm shockedAnd I always buy for 1.5 dollars.This impudent girl wanted to sell it for $6!Horror.Where we live?

I went in asked the lady if she would sell me a teaspoon or two of cinnamon. I am in a semi the nearest store I was told is 10 miles away. I would have bought dinner their and paid her well for the cinnamon. My sugar has been high. It lowers sugar level naturally. SUBWAY says they care about people's health. Thank you for showing otherwise.
