40 dollars for two sandwiches, a bag of chips and soda. Absolutely ridiculous. Haven't eaten subway in years, was hungry and needed a quick meal before hitting the road. So not worth it. Staff was nice though.

The subway on burden has made some great choices in their staffing. The 2 guys that helped us were super professional, made our sandwiches correctly and fast. Huge upgrade from the crackheads they have hired in the past. Would definitely go back to this location.

This location has always been great when they have people who want to be there. Showed up on 7/1 right before closing with my pregnant wife (cravings), doors are open and other people getting their sandwich. Whoever was closing took their lovely time making the sandwich. Once he finally got done he looks up and says “we are closed”, I looked at my phone and it was 9:05. In any food industry/ customer service job you take care of people. At least that’s how I was taught my whole career. A simple “sorry we are closed” would have been fine as soon as we walked in, NOT after you take forever making a chicken lettuce sandwich. I’m sure he had a date on his Xbox he had to go to. Crazy how people just don’t care no more.

I’m 5month pregnant and craving my favorite subway sandwich. When the associate finishes charging the ppl in front of me, he turns to tell me we’re closed. You need to leave I waited over 17min and it was 4min pass closing time. I cried in the car, my hormones got the best of me I felt so hurt ??? the date was July 1st, 2024

I have decided to rate this Subway individually rather than "Subway" as a whole which I consider horribly overpriced and mediocre (at best) food. I used to go to Subway weekly but now it is 1-2x per year. They haven't completely lost me but it's close!
3 stars for the food - this location always does a good job on quantity. I typically get a veggie sub and this place actually fills up the sandwich. The vegetables are typical Subway quality but I have definitely seen worse (isn't that a sad bar).
5 stars for the service - I have always had great experiences here with the staff. Very professional, courteous, and friendly. Honestly, I have never encountered anyone I didn't enjoy working with.
4 stars for the atmosphere - it is a typical Subway but it has lots of room and is always clean.

Asked for a wrap with more meat than they normally put in it! NEVER had a problem ordering that at another subway! Guy proceeds to tell me they can’t do that! Convinced him to do it! I get the wrap and the there is no double meat on it! Take it inside and show them that they didn’t charge me for double meat! He tells me oh I forgot to! Just throw extra meat on the wrap my guy! Oh we can’t just charge you for meat!!! Wouldn’t give me my recipe back either! First time going there and they screw up. This was the second time thinking they changed! Nope! Definitely do not go to this subway!

Done ordering here. It’s always either a new person with no training left by themselves or older people with no life skills that can’t even build a sandwich right even thought that’s their only job. So much turn over. Go to Walmart subway it’s not as convenient but I have never had a bad experience

The staff is rude, unprofessional, and lazy. I have gone to this location several times because of its proximity. I will never go back again. All my negative experiences have been in the evening. Look at the pictures I included. That’s what I got for $50.00.
