I waited over 10 minutes at the order wondow waiting for someone to take my order. There were at least a dozen cars behind me honking and cussing because I wouldn’t move up and they were more worried about the customers inside than the ones outside. Horrible customer service

We ordered 2 veggie sandwiches through the app tonight as usual, and these were the most delicious sandwiches! We regularly order from this subway and they always make our sandwiches pretty good. But who ever made them tonight at around 8:15 pm you make a great sandwich. The manager is awesome, so sweet. The other employees are wonderful too. Thank you for all you do! ❤️ ?

Just got home with my order from the drive thru. I asked for a subway melt "turkey, ham, bacon" literally got melted cheese on bread. Also asked for a steak sandwich and got half of the veggies I ordered. This happened literally minutes ago.

Be prepared to wait 15 minutes at the speaker before they even take your order and then another 15 for your sandwich to be made. Thought it was a 1 time deal but this is now the second time and have heard from others they have experienced the same.
