A worker named brisada if I remember correctly was unfortunately very rude to me and my food came raw I ordered a cantina chicken bowl and the chicken was wet and cold and my drink was only filled up half way lazy work for what I paid with my own money unacceptable please teach your workers some manners and kindness and to do their job better thank you!

absolutely the worst taco bell i’ve ever been to. ordered 4 beefy 5 layer burritos. 1 didn’t have any meat at all, 1 had all the beans at the very bottom, and another 1 had all the sour cream at the very bottom. genuinely you guys suck lmao

Drive thru was disrespectful, he scoffed at me told me I was unable to place an order. He stated that I had to go to the back of the line to ADD on to my order that he was already taking. Freeze machine was down completely lazy workers at 9:30pm. Unacceptable needs a change.

I hate all these restraunts that make me the employee and order from the app or kiosk. I guess if I want to eat in, I will use the drive through first. Food is good priced, Employees at this location are always friendly. Location is usually clean.

Today was just the worst I’ve had spent 45 bucks on soggy food!! Mexican pizza must have been there on counter for a while!! Soft tacos was wet and soggy
I was at Taco Bell on court street tonight, twice. The first time I had issues with the Taco Bell app not completing my order but charged me twice. I went I'm to talk to the employees face to face and was told they couldn't do anything about the situation because it's a third person app and to get ahold of them or to stop payment through my bank. I was polite knowing that the people working are just worker trying to live and I went ahead and ordered again and PAID again, totaling $150.00. Fine, I'll deal with it. Although, I get home to find that a dinner chicken bowl was missing so I gave the bean burritos that had had gotten for lunch tomorrow for a couple co-workers and myself to the person at home that didn't receive there meal to eat. I chose to wait until later when I went to the store to go back and tell them and replace the burritos that I needed for lunch considering that I just worked a 10 hrs shift and was hungry and exhausted and just wanted to chill for a moment. Now tell me what kind of person is going to tell me that because there cook said they gave it to me and not give a rats ass about what I was telling her and not comply to what I had bought and was nit given. Worst experience I have had for customer service in my life. I really can not imagine why this establishment would be any kind of proud to have employees like that. And to top it off they LIED! What, my God I'm 54 years old and I sure as he'll wasn't trying to waist my time getting something for free and lying. I am so mad right now that I have gotten treated like this and I really want something to be done with those who were working 11/7/2024 between 7 and 8:30pm at this location. If this doesn't get any attention by doing this i will keep going until it does. I would really like to talk to who ever I need to talk to the will help those who treated me this way to understand that they lied and stoled from ME!

got kicked out the drive through because server said we were mocking her when we asked for another baja blast. called us immature and started going off on us. we giggled a little in the car and she heard and said we were mocking her for wanting a baja blast. We said we weren’t mocking her and she deleted our order. Don’t like how immature she was acting towards us. you don’t ruin peoples day like that. We’re just kids and teenagers wanting food and she had to ruin our mood because she doesn’t know how to mind her business when nobody was even mocking or laughing at her. Get your employees in check Taco Bell. She lost money right there
