Today my husband and I came in to order dine in. Both kiosks were occupied so we were patiently waiting. A nice young man offered to take our order at the counter in which we were grateful. We were over half way through with ordering our food when a female staff member from the back came up and interrupted him telling him she needed his kiosk. He told her he was in the middle of an order and she still demanded he move so she can use and that we can just use the self serve kiosks. I don’t typically write reviews but I was so appalled at how the woman treated us. I probably will never come back. We walked out without ordering.

We went through the drive through around 6:30pm yesterday to order and after we received it I pulled over to make sure everything was there. I was only missing the 2pk of the birthday churros so I went in with my receipt and an employee asked me what was missing so I let him and know and he said okay and went to speak to a coworker about the missing item. That co worker proceeded to talk very badly about me right in front of me to the other workers. Saying “I KNOW I PUT EVERYTHING IN THERE THEYRE LYING I KNOW I PUT IT IN THERE, I KNOW I DID BUT YOU KNOW WHAT THEY SAY THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT, RIGHT?” I was shocked not so much at the bad mouthing about me but that it was so loud, in front of me and just the unprofessionalism was crazy. at least wait until the customer leaves if you’re going to bad mouth about them for just wanting to get what they did pay for. On top of it after I left when I got to home to eat, the rest of my order was also wrong. The first employee seemed uncomfortable during the whole thing and he did give me extra cinnamon twists for the issue but this definitely needs to be brought up. Do better please.

I don't recommend people coming here bene here a few times, and they won't ever break a 100 dollar bill. Even if that's all you have, they would rather not sell you food! Also, why do you have to take your own order if you don't work for Taco Bell! It 8s retarded what things are coming to.

Terrible lunch service at the drive thru. I was asked five times to place my order. She said she couldn’t hear me. I heard her just fine playing grab ass with the guy behind her. I finally got my bag of food thrown at me. I asked if i could get my drink. Got my drink but wasn’t what i ordered. No receipt was provided which i’m sure was on purpose.

The food is good, when they actually get your order right. For some reason, I never get what I order. I order the same thing most every time, a cheese quesadilla combo. The combo is originally a chicken quesadilla combo and I swap it out for just cheese. Tell me why almost every time without fail they still put in chicken? I shouldn't have to literally open up my quezadilla and pick out pieces of chicken. They need to pay more attention to what tickets say on the make line.

Claimed to be out of fire sauce and when asked to just throw some of what they do have in they charged us for some side cup BS instead of giving us any sauce packets.

Came through the drive thru and got dinner. They got everything in my order, correct. However, they forgot to throw in the mild and fire sauce packs, which I asked for, and were on the screen when I confirmed my order.
Surprisingly pretty good, we rarely go but when we do we enjoy it. We do like to sit inside and enjoy the atmosphere which isn't to bad and the decorations are unique.
Manager yelled at an employee whole time infront of all the costumers

If I could give this terrible establishment 0 Stars I would. They have been consistently terrible for years but tonight topped it. I asked for a Crunchwrap supreme no lettuce no tomato and 2 soft tacos no lettuce because Taco Bell veggies are trash but instead of making the items fresh they just opened what they had and scraped the veggies out. Poorly I might add. The management sucks obviously because this has been an issue for years
