The food is good here but this is the second time the lady that takes the order up front messes up our order. I ordered one beef burrito with no lettuce and no tomato and my husband ordered a chicken burrito when we bit into it mine had lettuce and tomato and his was beef instead of chicken even though the wrapping said āchickenā on it. On top of everything the menu said $12 for each burrito but she charged us $28 which is weird.

The tacos de asada were really good and so was the horchata but the salsa lacked flavor and was not spicy the green was better than the red salsa

I ordered tacos de tripas and I told the lady in the front politely to make them crispy she told the cook āorder of tripasā didnāt even tell the cook to make them crispy. I had to respectfully tell the cook to make them crispy. Then she gave me one buzzers to group up my order with my brother-in-law and his cousin, knowing their meals will get done before mine. We waited like 15 minutes, my tripas werenāt even crispy. They were not even fully cooked. I honestly canāt believe this like if someone asked you respectfully to make their meal a certain way, can you at least try! None of my tacos were crispy and each employee here gives me dirty looks. They arenāt even respectful at all and Iāve never been disrespectful to them once. El jefe needs to do better!

So, took the fam to COSTCO. Stopped here on the way home. First visit. I like street fare and so does the wife. Kinda pricey. Charged $10 for an $8 (menu price) cheese only quesadilla. See photos.
When asked, the lady behind the window looked at me like I was cray-cray. She spoke perfect English when I ordered but suddenly lost her ESL when I asked for a refund. She was shocked when I broke out into perfect Spanish and repeated my request. She refused the refund of $8 even though she charged me $10. Heck, I thought for $10 I would have received a decent sized quesadilla. Instead, I got one flour tortilla folded in half and cut into thirds with less than one ounce of cheese on board. I suppose the joke is on El Jefe, though. For $10, I can just take my business else where. It's true that she profiled me correctly as a wetto willing to pay, but what she didn't figure into her calculus is the boycott on repeat business. Can you say, "Ā”La jefa no recibirĆ” mĆ”s dinero de mĆ!" I did.
