The staff at Bergstrom Aviation steered us toward the red taco bus when we asked for a recommendation for a quick local bite. We got here just ahead of folks getting off work. So good. Come as you are, watch Pasco roll by.
La Esperanza es lo ultimo k queda. Thought I knew mexican restaurants, and ate every taco from selah to milton freewater. reminds me of the ones in southern mexico, we enjoy them here in northern Mexico as well. lol. Se Habla español, y solo español. bring a friend who speaks spanish if you don't or if you can bring a man on fire, local celebrity, and he might buy you a tostada.. we liked to watch the traffic go buy and enjoy the world at large... Bonus points for Mexican...
Place always has people flocking to it daily. Pretty authentic food, that taste very good. Really quick service, and some tables placed outside under cover. Very good truck to visit. Prices do seem to keep increasing though, so that kind of sucks.
