Always great food and service. Visited yesterday and asked about the wraps in their post, one looked like a buffalo chicken fries wrap, but turns out it was not and it’s not on the menu. Staff offered to make me one anyways! It was so delicious!! I will ask for it going forward and hope they make it, but hopefully it becomes a menu item. Thanks again for the great experience.

I love chicken shack. My wife and I get food every Tuesday, and spend between $30-$50 weekly. I'm so tired of the one rude blonde girl though. Twice now I've come and she's been so pissed off about bringing my food curbside, like 10 steps at most, that I'm about to not come anymore. Which sucks because I love supporting local businesses, but I'm not going to keep being disrespected. The first time I thanked her for my food and she literally rolled her eyes at me and walked off without saying hi, bye, eff off, anything. Then tonight, 12/10 at 7:50ish pm, same girl, who you can barely even hear on the phone, brings my food out and before I can even say thank you, drops it in my lap and storms off pissed off. I'm like, you don't have to be rude about it. If you don't want to offer curbside pickup, then don't. It's not that hard of a concept. Pretty crazy that you'd allow someone like this to run off customers when you've already had to shut down your other two locations and only have the one left. It sucks because everyone else I've dealt with has been awesome. This one young blonde girl is going to kill off your last location. I'm thinking seriously about giving up on chicken shack after sending a ton of my coworkers who just moved here there. Good chicken isn't enough, you need to actually give a shit about your customers and fire rude employees before you're completely out of business.

I personally saw the cooks cleaning trash and then immediately working back with the food. I get it was a busy time but to go from the trash, to the food with the same gloves touching both directly is gross. This place needs to be inspected.

Has to be some of the worst chicken I have ever ate stopped in there late in the evening. Chicken tenders were so tough even when we cut them in bites we could not eat them, the chicken bites were so overcooked we threw them out and the french fries were like mush Will probably be the last time that we ever stopped there as this was an emergency that we had to be in Pasco and this was a stop for food on our way home . Too bad.

BEST fried chicken, Mac n Cheese balls etc. in south central WA rivaling Ezelle's and Heaven Scent in western WA! Great, Customer Service oriented. Way worth our 2+ hour roundtrip to enjoy!

Don’t bother. I’ve never been to a “wings” restaurant that didn’t include ranch or blue cheese dipping sauce, nor carrots and celery. Not here, that’s 97 cents for 2 tablespoons of blue cheese.
There are far better choices for wings in the Tri-Cities.

Excellent food. I had the breaded hot wings with blue cheese. My family had all kinds of things off the menu. Awesome place and well worth the money spent which is rare these days. I highly recommend it!
