They love to burn your tenders and send them out to you anyways. They are awful and I do not recommend going here. Called to have them fix it and they said we can't help you, we're out of chicken. Awful customer service and had to ask to be refunded and told me I have to call tomorrow.

Placed a order for 1 pm pickup , showed up at 1:05 still not ready , 1:15 it’s marked as completed on the online service but it’s 1:25 and im still waiting ? Would t recommend this place even in ordering ahead. They are slow and workers

We went around 4:10pm on Saturday, took them 5-8 min to realize there were customers there. Then to top it off the first thing I asked for was mozzerella sticks then our food.
We waited for almost 35min to get our food and our kids food was another 8 min to make. I had to remind them about the kids food and mozerella sticks.
The cook informed me that I did not get rang up for mozerella sticks and will not be getting them even though they are more focused on online orders than people that visit their restaurant.
I will not be coming back. Instead of noticing they messed up my order and made us wait over 30 min for food and offer to give us the moz sticks for free they were rude instead.
So. If you want quick service go to a more professional establishment. This place sucks and they cannot manage or handle in person customers and online orders.

We were told wings are half off on Wednesdays by the people in the restaurant and when we asked about being overcharged they said no it's not half off of price, it's discounted per wing. So what should of been 22.50 for half off was actually 32.25 because it's per wing and not per price. WHAT!!! Anyway won't be back not because of that but food was cold and not fresh. It was not very good at all. Overpriced for what it was.

We had the boneless chicken wings with the sweet chili sauce. So good! I love their shoestring fries too! We also tried the corn ribs, which had a parm seasoning and were amazing!
My mom and I are from Moses Lake and had to stop to check it out after hearing it advertised on the radio. We were not disappointed! It was such a great dinner, we shared the 5 peice chicken fingers with sweet potatoes fries, it was plenty of food, fresh and absolutely relishes, very sweet lady behind the counter! We need a chicken shack in Moses Lake, great place to watch a game and enjoy a drink!! Great atmosphere!
