The Chicken Shack serves up some really good wings. The chicken is delicious, though the quality can differ a little from day to day. The fries are crispy and come in a generous portion which is always nice.
There is a good variety of sauces to choose from and the spicy ones are especially enjoyable. I also like the layout with all the booths, it makes the place comfortable to sit and eat.

We had always heard good things about chicken shack when there was a store in West Richland. I was in Pasco and decided to stop by and pick up dinner to go. We were very disappointed. The tenders were very very dry and the chicken was super tough. In fact it was so bad, that didn’t even finish a half of a tender. Chicken wings had no flavor and were super dry. Potato wedges were the only thing that were decent. It was a crappy meal for the price we paid. We won’t be going back.
The dining room is very chill, quiet, and relaxing. A very nice place to eat lunch or dinner. The chicken tenders are amazing! They have outside dining as well. It's very nice to have options. The associates were extremely nice and patient with my friend and I.

Always great food and service. Visited yesterday and asked about the wraps in their post, one looked like a buffalo chicken fries wrap, but turns out it was not and it’s not on the menu. Staff offered to make me one anyways! It was so delicious!! I will ask for it going forward and hope they make it, but hopefully it becomes a menu item. Thanks again for the great experience.
