We found this restaurant when we attended the Pasco taco crawl this year. It's such a cool hidden gem. It reminds me of an old diner, with the counter and stools anchored to the floor, the open kitchen, and booths lining the front windows. The food is authentic and fresh, great quality. I had them make me a Fajita Burrito w/ Shrimp and it was very, very good. The chips and Salsa were tasty and different. Might be too spicey for the gringos like me but I kept eating anyway.
There is a reason these tacos have won many competitions, the guacamole salsa has a great kick and the green salsa is mild but flavorful. The picture is two street tacos. The big taco’s tortillas I believe are homemade but not fried like in the small tacos. They serve beer but no liquor.
