We used Tri-Cities Limo for my friends bachelorette party. It was so easy to work with Melanie to arrange everything. All the wineries were notified in advance that we were going to be there so there was no waiting. The party bus had one small issue, completely out of their control that didn’t even bother us one bit and they more than made up for it without us asking or expecting them to. I will definitely use them again!

Wonderful, beautiful experience! I couldn't recommend them more! The ride in my first limo for my wife's 40th birthday celebration was everything I had hoped. But the customer service to get to the actual ride was fantastic. It was easy and smooth. Clear and prompt communication from Melanie in the office to schedule and get prices. It was too easy.
