We almost always stop by Vieira's Bakery when we come into town. Sometimes there's some shady characters outside but they've never bothered us. The bakery has all kinds of deliciousness.
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received here. I came in from out of state, eager to buy some Mexican bread and support a local business. Earlier that day, I had ordered a birthday cake for my mom over the phone. When I asked if I could pay in person, I was told no, so I went ahead and paid over the phone. Later that same day, when we went to get some bread, we noticed a cake with fruit on it and thought it would be a great addition to the one I had ordered. We asked if it was possible to modify the cake order.
Unfortunately, the older lady working the front (on 8/28/25) was incredibly rude. Her attitude and responses were off-putting. We ended up canceling the cake order due to the poor customer service. The other employee in the front made unnecessary comments as well.
I was really looking forward to supporting this business, but the lack of professionalism has cost them my business. It’s a shame because the products seemed great, but customer service is just as important.
This is the best bakery I've ever had the pleasure to visit. The variety is excellent, and their baked goods are exquisite. A must visit whether you're local or just passing through!
