I really like the ice but whenever I check their stand in Pasco they are never open. It's in the middle of summer on the hottest days of the year and it's not open.

Such a fun concept! Everything from the menu, to the staffing, the set up, and the vibes were on point. I had thought it was a walk up window however it was a drive thru service. I tried the chocolate eclair and it tasted amazing. I liked the creaminess and texture of the shaved ice. My only downside was the wait time which was about 20 minutes but definitely not bad if your in no rush!

It was really good, they came to my school once for an event. Though I had to wait 20 minutes (as expected at a school event) it was good, I got bubblegum and lemonade. The only shitty part was that when I paid(I also paid for my friends) it was 50 bucks, mine alone was 15 I think. And that was only the medium.
(Btw, the large ones are MASSIVE! ?)

Different kind of shaved ice ordering. More of a menu of different options vs a list of flavors. Quality was very good. Ice was shaved nicely and lots of syrup. Comes with whipped cream and a cherry. I agree with other reviews that they need a garbage can. Also it can be a drive thru.

I don’t honestly know how someone could say they had a bad experience getting a snowcone but whatever. Pull up. Order. Throw a buck in the tip jar before they make it. Get what you want and go. five star rating for what it is it’s a snowcone stand for god sake.And a damn good one at that. Have you seen the machine that makes the SNO?The machine is very high quality. It’s not crushed or pebbled ice. Not like the cheap shacks at the fair. It’s light fluffy smooth ice. I’ve never had a bad experience here. The people running it are always good.
We Ice came out to our National Night Out event in Horn Rapids. It was a big hit with our homeowners and first responders. We loved the variety of options and prices were great. Thanks again!!
