I was really expecting a good meal, but what I got was a huge letdown. The food arrived barely warm—like it had been sitting on the counter forever before anyone bothered to bring it out. By the time it reached me, the flavors were dull, the texture was off, and the whole dish just felt lazy and poorly prepared. Warm food is NOT the same as hot, and for the price, I expected much better.
The customer service only made things worse. When I tried to politely mention the issue, the staff acted annoyed and dismissive, as if I was inconveniencing them by pointing out a problem. No apology, no solution, not even basic courtesy. It’s honestly one of the worst service experiences I’ve had court street Pasco nov 16

Wendy’s on Court St is my favorite Wendy’s in Tri-Cities. The food is always fresh and delicious. The service is good, I’ve always had great service. The atmosphere is a 3 because I hardly go inside of fast food restaurants anymore and it is pretty straightforward, it’s a fast food restaurant, not much to say. The dining area was clean the last time I went inside, I haven’t gone in the restrooms. The drive thru line can get long and the wait time depends on what you ordered, they tent to make food fresh which makes for a 5 - 10 minute wait time if you go during busy times. I don’t mind because I know I am getting fresh food. If I’m in a hurry like during the work day then I try to avoid it because I don’t get a long lunch.
If you haven’t tried the new chicken strips yet…maybe you shouldn’t so you can leave more for me. They’re delicious!!! Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and they are chunky chicken strips. You actually get chicken, not just a bunch of breading like many other places. They are worth every penny! The other thing I would like you not to get because I selfishly want more for myself is the Brownie Batter Frosty Swirl (I get mine with extra brownie batter). It is absolutely yummy during a quick lunch break. It does the trick and fulfills my sweet tooth desires for the moment.

I've always enjoyed eating at Wendy's due to the fact that they are probably one of the cheapest fast food restaurants that I know of, but also they still have really good quality food. Despite this, this was not the main reason for my review. The main reason for my review is the staff. They were absolutely amazing and on top of things. I was there during the rush hour and I did have to wait a little bit longer than I liked but I was totally fine to wait as the staff were super kind and were working on getting my food out to me as soon as possible. The atmosphere in the restaurant was also incredible. The restaurant itself was clean, and there were many families sitting down and enjoying food together and talking and laughing. If it wasn't for the fact that I had to get to work, I definitely would have stayed and dined in. If you're looking for a great price and a good meal that fills you up, I highly recommend this place. I spent roughly $5 just for myself for an entire meal that I couldn't even finish.
It was a little slow. The credit card machine was worn out and having problems reading everyone's cards. The self serve soda machine was out of the first 5 soda we chose.

If you're willing to wait 30-40 minutes for a "fast" food meal, then this is surely the place for you. However, I don't have that kind of time. Their were at least 11 people who ordered ahead of myself, and they too were annoyed at how long they had to wait as well. I hope they can get more experienced or simply just more team members. To deal with the increased influx of customers at lunchtime.
Typical Wendy's food, a bit slow and not in a good area. Police were interacting with someone yelling in the parking lot. Could not get out of there fast enough.

So I went around 10 ish and let me tell you horrible service ! The coworker Savannah was having an entire attitude the entire time and giving me evil looks I have no idea who she is . I took a bite of my bacon fries is tasted straight like chemicals ! I’m not even lying .
