I love Wendy’s, but this is the worst one EVER. They need new management ASAP. The wait time is ridiculous and you could be standing at the counter 20 minutes before someone decides to help you. The drive through is slow and these people are RUDE. I keep saying I’m never coming back, but my kids love it and the 4 for 4 is a good deal. I always regret giving them second and third chances. By the way I never write reviews, I just read them. However this place has PMO.

Not only was this the worse Wendy’s I’ve been to in tricites but the wait time here, is a whole nother story, at that point just leave I got scammed here a few days, got a biggie bag and saw I had rewards on my phone for a free fires with any order, I scanned it and only had $8 in my cash app only (yes I’m a broke hs student) I paid with Apple Pay and it went thru at the first window where you normally pay, when I got to the second window they told me I was still $2 short (I got a biggie bag should have been 5.40 something) and not to forgot I had free fires awards, the girl from first came back to take my phone bcs I paid with Apple Pay and they never gave me my receipt in the first place and I’ve went to a different Wendy’s before and they had told me they aren’t allow to grab costumers phones bcs it’s breaks some code rule but this employee did god knows where she took it or if she took my information and started looking at my stuff bcs they already gave me my food yet told me I was $2 short which was werid thought I would share my experience I can add my screenshot how I spent $8 on a biggie bag😐 worse management ever they didn’t teach these people right not only that they were in a rush and we rushing me to leave yet they still had my phone to get it scanned (for Apple Pay) I will talk to management after this experience

I like Wendy's but this place has a screen that you get to try to figure out how to work, to order your food as they only have people to put orders together behind the counter. I expected a lot more from Wendy's.

Working with managers are great! Food was very good and would highly recommend them! Employees and cooking space is clean and from what I see that’s the biggest thing for a restaurant. Thank you again Wendy’s!

I can't go wrong,whether it's Wendy's or Red Robin. Their hamburgers are excellent!!! I just had a Dave's double with cheese combo,and my family had the 5 dollar biggie bad (bacon cheese burgers 🍔),and the food was so delicious. When I finished my meal,I was so full,yet I wanted to order another one of them Dave's single/double burger 🍔..I highly recommend Wendy's restaurants.

Plenty of parking, good weather inside the establishment, I ordered the combo 8 and it left a lot to be desired, the bacon was dry, the burger was generally tasteless, the fries tasted good and they didn't have Coca Cola soda in the machine, only water, I don't recommend much , first and last time I arrive.

Extremely slow!! I sat in the drive thru for 28 mins for 3 bacon breakfast burritos that seemed like day old food!! and the staff showed no urgency what so ever!! As long as it takes to get food, you might as well just go sit at a dine in restaurant

I have never been to Wendy’s this early in the morning, went there about 0900 today. I looked at the menu for maybe a minute and was told to hurry up by staff. I asked if I could please get a minute and staff responded rudely with “well, we need to know what you want.” I left immediately, disappointed with how the staff chose to treat their customer especially since I was given absolutely no time to order/respond.

Don't use their drive thru seriously 20 minutes someone pulled in behind me so I can't leave and hey have helped 2 cars... slow is an understatement.

Well, sorry, this isn't great. My wife spent half the night throwing up and the next day, feeling sick to her stomach. I guess no more wendys for us.
