Nasty food the health inspector should visit this place
I like the wings but the fries are burnt half the time!! And if you order take out 5 out of ten times they forgot part of your order & when I called them after I arrived home they act like it’s my problem. & are rude about it and will only offer a partial refund! Pasco wingstop is a joke

Pasco Wingstop has gone terribly downhill. This is the 3rd time we didn’t receive all of our order and didn’t check the bag until we gotten home bc their employees say yes your orders all in the bag. If this is happening to me, it’s happening to others and they’re making a killing on charging you and not giving you food. It’s theft. It’s terrible that one person continually doesn’t get their meal, and they really don’t care when you call to tell them. Their management is a joke and I would assume a better policy in place when you have forgotten food. Maybe just a straight up apology instead of a bad attitude toward your customer. The restaurant is dirty, the staff is terrible, and I won’t be back anymore. Sad because we were supporters with large orders during games and events but it time to move on and find something else.

Wingstop so disappointed in you guys. We use to come to you for every party/business/sports event but not anymore. You guys are so disrespectful for giving us wings with literally just skin on it and no meat. Also your employees couldn’t find our order when we got there and questioned us if we actually placed the order and being hostile like we made the mistake by placing the order at the wrong location. Then we showed them the confirmation number and then they had to look back and then they magically found it ready. Idk who’s in charge of online orders but this is not the first time this has happened at this location or at the other Wingstop locations. This is just a paragraph of what I’m going to send to your corporate office. I’ll never order from you guys again I’ve gave you guys so many chances. You guys call me after a review, offer me a discount for the next time and that you’ll do better but it’s the same bullshit like today. Call me if you guys need advise on customer service or your hiring process.

Guess what “flavor” of wing this is… literally NO seasoning. Total waste of money. This is the 3rd time Wingstop in west Pasco has got me like this. From now on I’ll just drive to gage. Idk what’s changed in the last few months but apparently they are trying to save money by only adding a sprinkle of seasoning for 20 wings. Disappointment level- 5 stars.

Got my name wrong on order took an he wait Kimberly took order
Placed our order at 12:30pm to pick up at 3:30pm when we arrived they told us we would have to wait another 10 minutes. We came back at 3:50pm and were told that we would have to wait another 10 minutes. Overall bad service. What's the point of ordering ahead if they wont have your food ready when scheduled.

First time here and what a horrible experience. Guy comes out with my food and gives food to the wrong person, those people were digging into the food with their kids and eating it, they saw it wasn’t their order so they hand it back when we said it was our food to begin with. Guy takes it to the back and co worker girl says just “ hand the food to the guy” THE SAME FOOD THAT WAS EATEN AND TOUCHED BY OTHER PEOPLE. Guy tells her “ the guy is right there” and they both start laughing. My husband was looking at them to make sure they would not give us the same food. Who even does that??? Trying to give us food that was eaten and touched by other people so they don’t have to remake it. Happened may 2 in the afternoon.

Listen, I get it—new workers, first jobs, nerves. But y’all don’t need to act like the general public is a jump scare. At this Wingstop, it felt like I walked into a silent staring contest. Not one person wanted to talk to me at the register. I don’t know if you needed your mom to hold your hand or what, but I was literally just there for a DoorDash pickup. All you had to do was hand me the bag, not host a séance. Food’s still solid, but the customer service? That gets a generous 2 stars.

I usually love going to Wingstop, but after this experience I’m never visiting the pasco branch again. I just ordered Louisiana rub wings online (which are my favorite) and this is genuinely the worst order of wings I’ve ever had. The order was out twenty minutes later than the latest predicted pickup time, and there was NO RUB on my wings. The wings were also much soggier than usual. It was awful and really disappointing, I’m never getting wings here again.
