I usually love going to Wingstop, but after this experience I’m never visiting the pasco branch again. I just ordered Louisiana rub wings online (which are my favorite) and this is genuinely the worst order of wings I’ve ever had. The order was out twenty minutes later than the latest predicted pickup time, and there was NO RUB on my wings. The wings were also much soggier than usual. It was awful and really disappointing, I’m never getting wings here again.

Was very dirty, waited almost a Hour for our food and when we got it the wings werent even all the right ones. Seemed as if some of the employees were on drugs, very unprofessional will never be coming here again. Drove almost 2 hours.

They get 1 star because the food is OK. Went in and placed an order, was told 20 minutes...15 minutes later my order had been given to someone else...waited again, food came but was missing items ...waited longer....finally get to go home and go figure after all that waiting they screwed my order up anyway..... In this time I got to see the saddest display of a kitchen crew that I've ever laid eyes on in the 20 years I've worked the food industry. Not one hand washed in a 45 minute time frame...employees leaning on work stations, goofing off etc. All but 2 crew members disappeared to the back and when they returned one of them was quite obviously high..no to mention what seemed to be the manager on shift showing signs of amphetamine use..called today to let the owner know and lost signal so called back and was greeted with attitude from the employee who answered the phone, was then passed off to THE OWNER who swiftly became COMBATIVE and DEFENSIVE when I tried to inform her of the experience I had that previous night.
Not sure how they remain open with the lack of work ethic and attitude toward paying customers.

This location is a complete mess. Years ago, we had a terrible experience here (also found bugs in our food!) Unfortunately, nothing has changed.
After a dentist visit, my daughter wanted Wingstop for lunch. I was hesitant but figured it had been a few years. She took just a couple of bites before telling me something looked weird. When I checked, her chicken was completely raw. Fully uncooked on the inside. Mind you my daughter is in first grade, so she is very little and could have gotten very sick. I was absolutely disgusted and immediately drove back. The manager didn’t apologize, didn’t acknowledge how serious it was— just acted like it was no big deal, and actually became very hostile. On top of that, she offered a partial refund at first, as if we’d eat anything after being served raw food! When I insisted on a full refund, she was rude and dismissive, then later practically slapped the money on the counter.
I reported this to the health department, but based on other reviews, this place has been a problem for a long time. Horrible management, disgusting food, and a complete disregard for customer safety. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Good luck ordering. Went in, asked if I was ordering or picking up. Was told it would be at least a 45 minute wait. was going to take out but that is a ridiculous time to wait for frozen chicken to get fried up. Ended up getting pizza which took 15 minutes from ordering. Glad to give 50 dollar to Papa John instead of this place.
