Gave them a chance to make things right! I know we all make mistakes but not twice in the same day! Emailed them, but just waisted my time or more importantly my hard earned money!

Gone various times! We love wingstop. We notice they don’t wear gloves ever, I was waiting for the bathroom, I heard a flush and the person instantly came out. It was an employee, she didn’t wash her hands. A lot of the employees here don’t physically seem to have good hygiene and look presentable.

Very unorganized. They have at least 10 people working yet all the food for the customers is coming out late. Ordering ahead means nothing. I ordered 40 mins ago just to show up and wait some more. They're telling everyone that there is a 1hr and a half wait.

Meh at best. Had to wait a while while the cashier spoke with someone on the phone, then at a 20 min wait for just 10 wings and fries. The location was not excessively busy. Wings were okay but not sauced consistently. Had a boneless wing that appeared to have woody chicken syndrome that stopped me from eating the rest of my meal. Won't be returning to this location.

We got take out and they forgot to put the fries in the bag we live an hour away so disappointing, also many times I’ve got wings and they are the wrong ones and when we try to fix it they still get the order wrong, also my wings had feathers idk if that’s normal but that was not Appetizing

This location is too busy prioritizing online and call in orders. To the point they neglect there walk in orders and dine in customers waiting over 1hr for a 10 piece bone in meal is absolutely diabolical.

I used to come here all the time and the food was amazing but idk what happened I came today with an hour wait with little to no one there a worker had poor hygiene he was eating and whipping sweat off him in a tank top while on break maybe then went around the corner to the cashier stop with just a tank top on still then finally put his work shirt back on and started working again. Our fries are burnt and then our wings are just crust and it looked like sauce was spilled all in the bag not the best experience
