Drake's U-Bake Pizza & Subs

I got food poisoning from here, I ordered the Italian sandwich and the side of corn. Within the next couple of hours I started having symptoms of food poisoning then I was full blown struck with it. It was miserable, and I'm still dealing with it now. I called drakes and spoke with the owner, she took my name and number and said she'd only report it if another person called and reported something similar to me. I wanted to leave a review in case it helps someone else out. I do not recommend eating here.

Simple sub shop with tasty offerings that is every bit as good and authentic as I remember it being 30 years ago. Lightyears beyond any of the chain sub shops and not any more expensive. I had the Taco Salad (w/chicken) and wife had the BLT. More than ample portions meant we shared around with the kids too. It's a crowd pleaser.

Got around to trying Drake's and would had gone sooner knowing what I know now. I had a great meatball sub and my wife had a french dip. I'll be a regular.

The Bread was just a little to fluffy for me. If they used more Meat I would have given 5 stars but felt like I was eating more bread than Meat

My boyfriend and I went there for a quick bite. We ordered the taco and the chicken bacon ranch wrap. The sauce that came with the chicken bacon ranch sub was delicious and would recommend that sub over the taco one.

For $15 I should not have gotten a heel of bread on my sandwich. Other than that the food was delicious.

Only reason I gave it two stars was because of the bread. I'd rather go with jimmy johns or subway then this place.

Been a bit since I had my sandwich but I think I will finally make it public. I dont like to give bad reviews but i believe the world should know. I used to get Frank's favorite from the og shop if i remember the name right, ham and pineapple from the next owner. Went back since the new ownership. Nothing resembling that sandwich on the menu so I had my sandwich built from memory of ingredients, no problem! Ham, pineapple, Dijon etc, they had all the ingredients! Great! No problem! But my gripe was the price for it, holy cow I had a SANDWICH for 20 dollars+ ! A 20 dollar plus sub sandwich? A sandwich only was 23 dollars
Thats outrageous! Never going back! This isn't the drakes I grew up with and loved. Good luck to them!

I've always loved the quality of food here. I haven't any negative changes after the new owners have taken over. Still great quality, and the lady running it now is so very sweet. Prices are what they are everywhere.
