My husband and I came in with our 3 year old & 1 year old to shop for Christmas presents & had the best experience with pairing oils to vinegars! John had great suggestions & Mercedes was so kind and welcoming to us & the kids. We can’t wait to go back in for lunch and for our family to open their Christmas gifts!
Stopped by for lunch. Had the turkey pesto sandwich and my husband got the Italian. Was not impressed. Expensive sandwich for something that wasn’t freshly made, they pulled them outta the fridge, which would’ve been okay but I ended up having to throw most of it away due to the top of the bread being wet and soggy. I love their vinegar but will not be back for their sandwiches. 😞
Had a wonderful FUN experience tasting many different infused olive oils blended with balsamic vinegar. This place is so cool. Lunch was delicious and the flavors of the food was incredible. Will be back for sure!

The owners are extremely warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and authentic, creating a feeling that is inviting and like family. Guests often feel treated like friends, enjoying fantastic company and conversation in a human and inviting atmosphere.
The menu features delicious grilled cheese sandwiches and charcuterie, perfect with a bottle of wine. There is an incredible and peerless selection of olive oils and balsamic vinegars, including unique flavors like Dark Chocolate balsamic. The shop offers a curated selection of wines, including great Spanish wines and fantastic local wine, such as a Sauvignon Blanc from Washington State. The pricing is surprisingly fair, affordable, and offers great value.
It is the perfect spot for a tasting or a meal, with excellent, friendly, and attentive service. The patio is a lovely place to relax. This gem of a place is highly recommended for anyone visiting Port Angeles for wonderful food, amazing flavor pairings, and a truly memorable experience. They can also ship bottles to your house.
