Great place to eat! The clam chowder bowl was extremely good. It was $19, but considering that it was the same price as another clam chowder bowl I had in Seattle at the wharf, I think it’s worth it, since this one tasted better.

Went there tonight with some guests from out of town. We’re not greeted by staff only told they would be with us in a bit. After a few more minutes they still didn’t seat us, the manager asked after 10 minutes or so, how many in our party and then turned away as we answered when he turned back around he was annoyed and said, “so is it a party of 4?” We answered again and then he sat us upstairs in the kitchen and threw the menus down on the table. He was clearly annoyed we were there and when we inquired about sitting downstairs he said, “I don’t have tables down there.” And walked away. We decided to leave at this point since it was clearly going to continue to go downhill. They were so rude and acted inconvenienced by our presence at their restaurant. Since we were such an annoyance to them we will never be back and we will be telling all about how bad and rude the service was. We won’t be bringing anyone from out of town ever again and we will never give you our hard earned money. Wrong attitude in a small town you aren’t that great of food to bring anyone back to deal with such rude people. Do better!

One of the best seafood restaurants my wife and I have been to. And we've been to a lot. Excellent food. We shared a 3 piece cod Fish and Chips, a bowl of chowder, and a clam strip appetizer and we didn't finish it. 95% but point being, is they are generous portions. $70 with tip. Service was excellent!

Great local place to eat! We are only here two days but came here for dinner both nights.The fish and chips is fresh fish caught locally, good wings and onion rings also. They make their own dips and sauces and everything is seasoned very nicely.

On our way back from a short weekend fishing trip we found this awesome place unexpectedly and we’re so happy we did. The clam chowder was the best over ever had and have been googling recipes to try and find something even close. The fish and fries were awesome. You won’t leave hungry !! So glad we happened upon H&LP
