Definitely wasnt given a choice if we wanted our sandwiches toasted or not, we didnt, but they toasted them anyway. Also didnt get extra mayo as was asked, but the sandwiches were still ok. The workers were super friendly though
Made a mobile order to pick up in drive through. By time I got home I realized there was no meat and the turkey accidentally got left off. Called and the gal was super nice and went above and beyond to make it right since I couldn’t drive back in. Was actually surprised when they offered to make it right! Thank you!
Delicious fresh made grub!! I feel bad about the 1 star reviews. Their online ordering is simple, delivery is solid, and the location is spotless with nice strong A/C and excellent customer service. I would call Jimmy John’s the best deli sandwich in town. Recommend!!
