Delicious fresh made grub!! I feel bad about the 1 star reviews. Their online ordering is simple, delivery is solid, and the location is spotless with nice strong A/C and excellent customer service. I would call Jimmy John’s the best deli sandwich in town. Recommend!!
Prompt service today around 5:45pm. When I told the cashier with curly red hair I had gluten-intolerance and wanted a lettuce wrap, they made sure to clarify whether cross-contamination was an issue for me. I was a little shy in saying so, even though it is, but as soon as I did the other employee (tall, dark hair) changed gloves. Not only were they kind, they were efficient. Please give both of these employees a huge shoutout.
Just ordered an Ultimate Italian toasted sandwich. It was over toasted, and an unbelievable amount of moisture was running down my arms and covered my entire chest and abdomen. I was on the road, of course they didn't include any napkins. What the hell people? Do better.
