Wildly erratic from night to night. The entrees, when available are usually quite good. The Cassolet was fall off the bone good. The NY strip cut was wonderfully marbled on Monday and full of gristle on Tuesday. Half the entrees were unavailable Wednesday night. One of the missing items on the menu (the gnocci) has never been available. Wild not to reprint the menu. Ticket times were pushing 40 minutes Wednesday night. Went here twice on my stay and I have so much good things to say! All the food is sourced locally.
The sablefish was delightful as was the salmon on its own little cedar plank! We also had the waygu sliders which were 10/10, the caesar salad was creative and quite good as were the mushrooms.
I’d stay away from the risotto though .. I got the wild mushroom risotto with chicken and the meat was dry and the risotto was lacking flavour and texture.
