We usually get their pho to go and it’s consistently delicious. That and a bahn mi split between 2 is a perfect dinner to go. Very consistent. 👍

I discovered pho back in 1992 when in college on the East coast, and I've been a fan ever since. I've had pho all over the world.

The pho here tastes very good, with a couple of caveats.

Broth: 4.5 (excellent, slightly too sweet)
Noodles: 5.0 (thinner than usual)
Beef: 4.0 (brisket was too tough, but tendon was excellent)

My main complaint is that the portion was too small, ordered a large and it was equivalent to a small in other pho places.

The noodle is good, but the spring rolls are bad.

Let's start with the positives. The place was clean and looked very nice on the inside. And the food had for the most part good flavor.

The negatives. I ordered the Garlic Wings as a appetizer, the chicken was dry. Like not even oily inside dry. I dont mind dry but that was too much.
Also got the Grilled Short Ribs with Rice and Salad. The Short Rib had good flavor. But it was tough, and they pretty much expected me to cut it with a very Dull butter knife. We had to ask for a sharp knife. Couldn't even pull apart with my hands.
The salad itself was barely a salad. Like a couple Leafs of Lettuce with small slices Cucumber and Tomato. No dressing or anything. Frankly was more garnish or burger topping then a Salad.
My Dad ordered their Vietnamese Coffee which wasn't very full, my dad asked for more Hot Water and they brought it in a Glass Cup, which made it hard for him to pour into his coffee cup making a mess everytime he tried pouring.
He also ordered the Brisket Pho, which while he said had good flavor, he couldn't find any Brisket, and found a different meat in it. (I will add that it wasn't just a Brisket Pho if i recall, but also had another Meat in it as well, but he still didn't see any Brisket inside it)

with most everything else we just weren't impressed. But the servers did seem friendly.

I ordered some pho to-go & when I went to pick it up, I asked if I could put some sriracha & hosin sauce in the broth before I left and the guy told me, “no, that would be unprofessional.” Which doesn’t make sense because everyone else eating there is able to put the sauces in their soup…how is that different from to-go? I also asked for chopsticks & he told me that they were in my to-go bag. I get home & open up the to-go bag & there were no chopsticks. Very disappointed with my experience here.

So delicious and the staff were great.
We are in PA often, but it took us a while to go here. We were craving pho and something that would be a good choice for us, we chose New Saigon and we have zero regrets. We live an hour away, but we will absolutely be back often.
