I called today to confirm my order as the last few times the flavor of my drink was wrong and the girl was SO sweet. She even wrote me a little note and added an extra drink. Above and beyond customer service!
This place is the sober equivalent to Cheers. The place you go where everybody knows your name and is happy to see you. In all my travels with my 20+ year old gold Starbucks card, this is the best. And my dog Stella says they have the best pup cups too. Lou, Rey and Kingsley are friendly even when they are understaffed and being slammed inside and the drive through. My coffee is always right and worth driving across town and the occasional wait.
I am a very frequent customer at Starbucks and I can say with confidence that it’s amazing. The employees are great, especially Lou! They are great with the customers and make the best drinks!!
