Told her the drink was wrong, she just stared at me until it was uncomfortable and I walked away without making a big deal of it. Wanted a hot latte, got an iced oatmeal thing. Never had a problem anywhere else. Blew $15 bucks, tip and all, got one drink that didn't have to be thrown away twenty feet from the stand.

Saturday 01-14-2023 around 9 am- New Hire I believe- blonds- they gossip and talked too much- standing and not even ask me if I need help- they are gossiping- timed it 7 minutes later wow! Took my order and of course they are gossiping making my drinks and sandwiches- 8 minutes later done- of course one lady almost give my two sandwiches to an person in front of me- because they are f**ing talking tooo much- before new years the employees there are the best- now this two clowns are here lol- I will never come back here again. I RATHER GO TO MY LOCAL COFFEE SHOP "EASY TIMES EXPRESSO" who hired this clowns anyway!
They are pretty good depending on what you order, about half the time mine gets made just right.

We either caught them on an off day or they need some better training. The one customer that was there before us had to tell them her drink order again for some reason. One of my drinks was not ordered correctly. We waited for about 5 mins for our two drinks to be made. And I had to ask if the drink that was next to the barista was our 2nd drink, which it was. She was busy making another drink even though there wasn't another customer around. Both the cashier and barista just seemed lost.
