Lauren is the best! She gives the greatest customer service to her customers. My pizza is always delicious - the crust is great too!

This place sucks. If you can get them to answer the phone you are lucky. Their pizza is less than mediocre and their price is premium.

Cuccina offers high-quality pizza at a reasonable price. Salads can be hit or miss. You should call in your order ahead of time. They don’t always adhere to their hours, so, if they aren’t answering, then you should make alternative plans. You can’t dine in either. Take out only. Those are the breaks in rural America!

It is a Saturday at 4:30pm and they are closed, even though yelp and google both show it as open. Called the phone number and after many rings, an automated voice says the mailbox is full. No sign in the window to indicate hours, although there is a menu posted. Note to restaurant owners, especially in rural areas, (that may take a while to drive to)- update your hours and change your voicemail!!

We really wanted to like this place. We called in our order for a Ludlow Special pizza with no green pepper. Service was wonderful - courteous and friendly. And there was no green pepper on our pizza when we picked it up! Pizza looked great, was nice and hot, and the crust was done perfectly. Maybe we hit them on a bad night, but unfortunately, our pizza was extremely bland and short on ingredients and sauce. Never did find any pepperoni on there. Plenty of cheese though. Marinara sauce tasted like it had no spices whatsoever - extremely bland. We had to add spices at home to make it taste like something. If you don't like any spices in your pizza, then this is the place for you. The service is the reason I upped it to 3 stars. Unfortunately, we doubt we'll be back. And it's a shame, because the folks who run this place are super nice.

We are from New Jersey where the pizza is always good. This pizza is sooo good! Great crust and sauce. Plus great portions and price.

Pizza is good, but they are never open! a number of times, including two different Fridays - yes, Fridays, we have called to order a pizza for pick up during their "open hours," once at 3:30 PM and today at about 5:00 PM, and no one answers after repeated calls - ever! Just rolls to voice mail. The pervious time, we finally ordered from a near by restaurant, and when we went to pick up the food, Cucina had the Closed sign up, and the lights were all out - this is on a Friday, during their business hours! Seems this is the same case again today! Either the owner is so rich they could care less about Cucina's success, or this is one of the worst owner-managed restaurants we have ever known of! We would actually rank their pizza at a 4 star, however, their customer service and availability is abominable, less than a 1 star! The most ridiculous thing is, there are only 4 restaurants in this small area - if they would put in some effort, they could easily be successful simply due to a lack of competition! Shocking! Their pizzas are expensive, about $25.00 for a large after tip, but we are happy to buy from them (if we could), as we would like to support our local businesses and keep them open. However, with less effort and time, we can go to the gas station next door, and for under $10.00, buy a frozen pizza that is not much worse! We guess we will be doing that from now on, as we likely will never eat from them ever again now, too much of a waste of time and effort!

If there could be less than one star I would give it. I have been back-and-forth at this place for almost 2 years and it is never open! I’m sitting here right now on a Thursday and it says on a sign in their restaurant that they’re open from 3 to 730 on Thursdays. No one is here and it’s after 3 o’clock. How do these people stay in business? I even got a postcard in my mailbox as I live in the area, for specials at this restaurant! How is that possible when they’re never open!? these people must not need any money.

We had outdoor dining semi-takeout. The staff of two was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was tasty, and fast (for pizza). We'll be back. They haven't been able to staff up for indoor dining. Still worth visiting!

We have lived in Port Ludlow for several years and end up ordering from Cucina's every month or so. The pizza is pretty good and the staff is friendly, but the hours are AWFUL! They have been reducing their hours of operation regularly over the past few years and it's hard to know if they will be open when we call. On top of that, if you try to call and place an order within 45 minutes of closing, they do not answer the phone. Their voicemail has been "full" for the past five years! Delivery service is definitely a convenience, but don't order if you're starving - you should be prepared to wait at least an hour for your food. I would be a more regular customer if they had better hours and faster delivery.
