My wife had combo that included one of the best tamales we’ve had since living in Washington! I ordered the Molcajete Fajita that was absolutely amazing!! So worth the drive from Port Townsend!!! Our new favorite place for authentic Mexican cuisine!!!

Time to wake up, taste buds! The camarones a la diabla was delicious, nicely spiced, but not burning. The shrimp was cooked just right and obviously fresh (with a hint of crunch when you bite them). No scrimping with the shrimp... Tough to finish it, but I managed 😳. Brenda, the waitress was very pleasant. And I loved the outdoor seating that enabled me to bring my dog! I came by boat and the walk was only 20 minutes from the marina.

Molcajete is a family-run restaurant in Port Ludlow, offering unique and authentic taste and service. The restaurant has a cozy patio, ideal for pleasant weather, and the staff provides exceptional service. The menu features classic dishes, including the highly-recommended carne asada and flautas, which are praised for being absolutely incredible. The lunch special, including quesadillas with chicken, rice, beans, quacamole, and sourcream, is also a popular choice. A large jalopeno margarita is another favorite, and the ambiance is enhanced by live jazz/swing music during dinner. With great margaritas, ice cold beer, and drinks for kids, the restaurant offers something for everyone. While the restaurant may have limited space, the service and food make it a must-visit destination, with a very nice atmosphere in the indoor restaurant and a large outdoor patio with umbrellas.
