How much they charge for a sm fry s outrageous compared to what you get! The fry is smaller than a kids meal fry. Won’t be giving them business anymore
The food is great! It can be slow, it seems to be improving. The workers are awesome.

11/07/24. I waited for 15 minutes, I know staffing can be rough, just to receive the wrong order. I ordered 2 half pounders with cheese and I received 2 brisket. It's always been great before, never an issue. I would have come back but I live in olalla. My wife and I aren't big on the strong smokey flavor of the brisket. So very disappointed.

Just like the A & W this Arby's is slow. The car in front of me had turned his engine off. I thought he used it for a parking spot. Waited a while for them to get their order.
Then more waiting for mine.
It's like this every time. The building seems jinxed with slow service.

We came when this restaurant first opened and it was so incredibly slow that we never went back. Now it's been a few years and we decided to try it again, but clearly nothing has changed. I came here with my son around 2:30 PM, so it was definitely not busy at all. There were four other customers in the restaurant either eating or waiting for their order. It took several minutes before someone even acknowledge that we were waiting at the counter, and then as soon as we ordered our two roast beef sandwiches, we were told they're out of roast beef!! So we asked for another minute so we could decide on something else and the person walked away for about 8 minutes. We just stood there awkwardly waiting for someone to come back to take our order. We finally ordered something else and it took 20 minutes to get our food!! No exaggeration! Twenty minutes. Then when we took our tray to the table, we realized they didn't give us any ketchup that we ordered. So we went to the dispenser, but it was broken. So we went to the front counter to ask an employee, but after about 4 minutes, just like earlier, there was nobody there. No one. Not a soul. I finally walked around the counter and grab some ketchup packets myself. And on top of all that, the restaurant was absolutely freezing. It's as if they don't actually want customers there. Horrible service.
And Arby's: please don't leave your generic copy and paste response saying you will address it with the restaurant team. You clearly won't. After reading the reviews, this has been going on for years and nothing has changed. It's not as if this is the first time you've been told this.

We really like Arby's food and the convenience of their drive thru. While the staff is friendly, often times they get our order wrong. This most recent trip, we asked for a bbq burger with meat, cheese, bacon and bun only. Clarifying that it should have no sauce and onions. They only gave us a bun with a patty on it. So we paid for the cheese and bacon, yet did not receive it. Our son was disappointed. We discovered the mistake after we got home because who unwraps each item in the drive thru line to check for those details??? Our order was big and we didn't want to keep others behind us waiting longer.
There's usually some fumble like this each time we visit. Maybe the staff can be trained to reread the order back to the customer OR Arby's could put in screens that have your order displayed like at MCD's and BK.
We still love you Arby's. :)

Another horrible experience!!!! Started off ordering food from the app. Only to find out haf the options are either unavailable or sold out . After placing the order I went inside only to be told they did not have mozzarella sticks as ordered either. Rather than offering a refund I was originally offered and item at half the cost of the original order. Was told refunds could not be issued from the app. Waited almost 25 min for order to be ready. I have attempted to return to this location multiple times only to be disappointed everytime. Staff /management needs training store needs to be more proactive in inventory management. It's hard to sell items you don't have. I don't want to see this place close due to poor management 😕

They need to do better with stocking the restaurant with products. Being out of stock on one item is one thing, but being out of multiple items is something else .

Wait time at the drive thru is absolutely ridiculous! And the prices (for fast food) are sky high. Won't come here again.
I went through the drive thru and I wish I remembered the employees name but he was super nice and never made me feel rushed we hadn't had Arby's for a long time due to not having 1 in our home town but I was very impressed I got the double meat and boy oh boy they were amazing and you can never go wrong with a Jamocha shake thanks again and I will definitely be getting sandwiches again

We went in for lunch today but walked out without ordering. My husband went to place his order and wanted a size medium fry and drink w his sandwich. We were told we would have to be given a size large drink because they were out of cups for medium size as well as size small. She told us that we had to pay for a size large drink because that’s all they had were large cups available and that’s our fault? My husband was pissed off, and I also thought that was ridiculous. Do NOT give a customer a bigger size drink because that’s the only size cups you have and make them pay more for something that wasn’t their fault, when in reality it’s your fault for not paying attention to your inventory and lack of inventory ordering.
