Just spent over 25min in drive thru line from the time we ordered to getting our food. Got everything we ordered but paid extra for condiment changes which are reflected properly on the receipt but were not on the food ordered. Wish I’d seen all the poor reviews they’ve been receiving prior to choosing this location. Only positive I have is the young lady working the window was very polite.

I ordered a royal flaming chicken sandwich and I get my sandwich at home open it up I see a small bun smashed sandwich doesn't have sauce on it doesn't have lettuce or tomato like you give me a bun and chicken that's all I got and the chicken wasn't even spicy so you used a regular chicken whoever you got back there you need to fire them shouldn't be scamming people out of a $10 sandwich after tax like damn man people be hurting already and then you go ahead and do that because you all lazy and then I call the manager and she says do you have a receipt funny ass

The food is fine, the employees are usually friendly, but there are numerous huge potholes around their parking lot that have nearly damaged my car on multiple occasions. Someone should get those repaired.

They mess up our order EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. we've been here, writing this after they forgot to give us 3 burgers we ordered.. THREE?! Look through your order and double check everything before you leave ✌🏻

I have gave this location many chances and it just gets worst each time, this time is the last, a $38 order I get home and not one thing in the bag is what I ordered, and worst part is I was the only vehicle in the drive thru so it’s not like they mixed my order up with someone else’s!! Do Better BK!!

Take the drive through and choose from the $5 duo menu and you can eat like it's your highschool days again. Much better returns for your money.

Ordered online ahead of time for breakfast. When got there was told a 50min wait on my food which is crazy for a $20 order. Now I'm being told I cannot get a refund and only get store credit. Do not go to this place.
