Beware of this Burger King. I ordered the new fiery nuggets and don't get me wrong, they're good but what disappointments me is that they charge for each sauce cup. The nuggets are supposed to come with a sauce cup, but this Burger King charges for each one. On the menu board, it clearly states that there is a sauce cup included with the nuggets, and yet I was charged for each one. I got two BBQ sauces and was charged 50 cents for them. I noticed that I was charged for them and notified the front staff about the charges. They are told to charge the sauce cups no matter what. When I pointed out that the menu board clearly states that the sauce cup is included, they were sincerely shocked. The staff member offered to remedy the situation by offering additional sauces for me, but wouldn't give me a refund for the charges. I've been to many Burger King locations and I've never been charged for sauce cups. This location is definitely not a place I would return to because of the rule to charge every single sauce cup per their direction of the manager/franchise owner. I will make the extra effort to go to McDonald's or Taco Bell or any other nearby place to avoid this Burger King. The only reason I'm giving this a two star rating is because of the staff, who were sincere and hard working, and the food tasted good. P.S. I also completed the survey on the back of the receipt so that corporate knows of this situation. And to any customers who feel the same as I do, I would recommend you complete the survey too.Vegetarian options: Impossible Whopper is made from plants.Parking: Lots of parking.
Stopped in today to try the new buffalo chicken nuggets. They were so good. I used the drive thru and the gentleman at the first window was so kind and lady at the second already had my food by the time I pulled up. I will stop by the location again.

If I could do -5 stars I would. We waiting almost 30 minutes just to order food cause the employee was ignoring us. There was a door dasher there that gave up cause it taking so long. When the employee finally helped us she was rude and impatient. And as she walked away after taking our order she mumbled f u. Overall horrible experience and would not recommend this port orchard location

Waited 15 minutes inside for help and have received nothing then just to be told “We will be with you in just a minute” and then being ignored completely. GREAT SERVICE….

When I was there the manager had stepped in to help at a busy time and coordinating breaks as I'm sure per usual...However there were Veterans in the dining room. He immediately acknowledged them. Told them to have a seat (seeing they were unsteady in their older ages) and that he would bring it to them. Thanked them multiple times for their service. He was incredibly accommodating to them and the kindness and gratitude I witnessed will be remembered. He joked around with me when I asked for a to go bag still while juggling the drive through etc. As I was leaving I did hear him also ask one of the Veterans if he could bring him a refill reciting his cream and sugar preference.

They were really sweet and really quick to get my food to me! It was still hot and fresh and tasted delicious, would recommend if wanting to get some quick
