Seem to be pushing the Impossible burger tonight. Ordered a Whopper, was asked multiple times if I wanted the impassible burger, each time I stated NO! Here I am miles away and staring at an Impossible burger. I cannot seem to be able to shovel this down. Last time at this location for me!
I do not appreciate your female employee snapping at my mother in the parking lot, yelling "Yeah you BETTER move your car!" as she's clearly straightening her park job. We weren't even going into BK, it shares a lot with other businesses, it wasn't crowded and who acts like that at their place of employment anyway? Learn some respect. I'm embarrassed for you.

The young ladies at the drive thru obviously need some SERIOUS training in customer service! You should NEVER argue with, or be rude to, a customer, PERIOD! If one of them was, indeed, the manager, she needs to undergo some re-training (or be trained herself, in the first place). I couldn't believe how frickin' RUDE they were!
