Went through the drive-thru: had to wait it parking spot. After about five minutes, went in to get food. Food is good, and hot. Gave everything we ordered.

I know it's fast food and you don't expect much, but the food is always hot and the workers are very polite and accommodating, and the burgers actually melt the cheese, where other BK's don't melt the cheese
Terrible service ordered online and showed up my wife went in and stood there for 20 min while our food kept going out the drive thru. Asked for a manager when I went in and apparently there was no manager onsite only a lead RJ who was grossly incompetent and rude to my wife . With no manager on duty I will be looking to labor and industry department as this is not right
