A couple of weeks ago I waited nearly 20 minutes in the drive thru, so then I went in last week and decided to go in instead..big mistake. The young people who were working really weren't at fault, it was the manager who was yelling at and degrading them nearly at the top of her lungs..(I wish i knew her name) I'd be flustered too if I were them. One poor guy was visibly shaken, so when he handed me my order, I had him look me in the eye so I could tell him that he was doing a great job

Consistently the SLOWEST and COLDEST burger king I have ever been to. It's close to my house so I go there when I forget how slow everything is. The workers are nice and polite. They do their jobs, but it should never take 22 minutes for an order that was already placed on the app when there are 3 cars in the drive thru. And the kicker is that the food is always cold and I have to microwave it again at home...

Very dry patty and unmelted cheese, makes me wonder about the grilled patty claim. Not worth 18$
Gone 2 times and 2 times the food is lukewarm. Fries always look warm burger, is not even hot

Food was good for fast food. We were only people in the place with no one in drive through. Had to hunt for a table since they almost all needed wipedown.

Order was a bit slow and service could definitely use a friendly stroke, but considering it was only two people, I have to give them credit. Still only took around 10 minutes. Got a sausage egg and cheese croissant with hash browns. Hash browns were warm with only one or two being like warm. Still crispy. Sandwich was still hottish when I ate it around 5 minutes later. All in all was exactly what I expect a better BK to be doing. Also, honestly, I'm really confused about the negative reviews in regards to the interior. Place was both super clean and in good shape with newish looking tables/chairs/etc.
