Clubhouse Restaurant & Bar

Great place for a casual lunch or dinner. Kid friendly. Very good food, pub grub. No other restaurants around, so very convenient for McCormick Woods and area residents. Full bar and separate dining area. Fireplace in the winter, live music in the summer. Recommended.

Brunch with new chef was absolutely awesome! Janet as bartender was fantastic, always on it. I'm glad to have a good brunch spot in Port Orchard!

Waited 15 min just to be greeted. Waited another 15 minutes for first drinks. They forgot to put our food order in. We went and seen the comedy show and they looked us inside the room, so no water or bathroom or anything was available. It was like a series of unfortunate events.

Host was great! Food was subpar. Service was okay. Waitstaff in bar area not customer service oriented (came across unfriendly/bothered) could be improved.

First time being at the country club. He service was excellent!! Start new huge mozzarella sticks. Appetizer was to die for!! Sir french steps were really good!! 😊

We attended the Dunham Cellars Wine Dinner on 4/2 and it was fantastic. Chef Russell's menu selections were delicious and paired beautifully with the wine. While the Trellis Room could use an update, I still give the ambiance a “5” because Timothy and his staff did a lovely job with the table settings, decor, and overall presentation of the evening. We are looking forward to future wine dinners.

Lovey St. Patrick's Day dinner event. Limited menu with green drink specials including Paddy's Irish Whiskey and promo giveaways. Corned beef dinner was my choice and excellent.

The manager Tim and his team did a fantastic job creating unique flavors in the dishes that paired and accentuated perfectly with the wine. The ladies representing the wine were engaging, informative and made the experience so pleasant.

Typical golf club feel. My daughter enjoyed her dinner.

Our table was waiting for us when we arrived. The waitress was very attentive and the food was great. We stayed a bit longer talking than usual but we were not rushed to leave at all.

This is the 3rd time we have dined here in the past 6 weeks and only once has the food been good. Last night, was terrible. Cobb salad had chicken that was dry and tasted ‘off'- couldn't eat it and avacado was brown. Burger buns were dry and French fries were cold and limp. Bill for 4 of us was over $120 without tip. We love having a neighborhood restaurant but something has to change if they want people to come back. Menu needs updating too!

The guitarist musician was very loud and shrill. It was impossible to carry on a conversation in a regular voice. Possibly an acoustic guitar and turning down the volume would improve the ambience.

POSITIVES:
o Outstanding cocktail (Rye Old Fashioned)/bartender.
o Very attentive (without being intrusive) and responsive servers. Anticipated needs, prepared to respond at table without trips back and forth. Readily accommodated my dinner partner’s request to slightly dim ceiling lights in bar (which were hurting her eyes).
o Engaging/personable floor manager.
o Timely food arrival as ordered, hot, attractive presentation.
o All food tasted great. Side Caesar Salad now among the best that I’ve ever tasted (perfect amount of lemon/tang).

NEGATIVES: None worth mentioning.

BOTTOM LINE: Whatever they’re doing here now is really working, even compared to our last (which was positive overall) visit about two months ago. Hats off to all staff. Definitely returning soon.
