Orders have been delivered to the wrong address and simply marked as delivered. And the one time I order deliver with cash I’m told only by the driver that they DO NOT CARRY CHANGE, even though the app says they carry $20 in change. The driver says “oh, that’s for all the other stores. Our managers don’t give us change”. I was therefore forced to pay $40 for a $27 order. This is extortion of the customer and I will happily go elsewhere. I suggest you do too. Do not support extortionist or false advertising.

This Domino's is by far the best one in town. Hands down more superior than the one on Lund. Quality is great and pizza is cooked through. Delicious.

Only negative they were out of parmesan cheese. Supply chain still in shambles lol. Otherwise good experience.

Our fault for ordering on Halloween I guess but the website said 7-17 minutes and after a two hour wait and they gave one of our items to another customer by mistake. Waste of our evening.

How does it take over a hour for carry out on a Monday night? I would understand if it’s delivery but that’s pretty ridiculous for carry out. There’s better pizza for cheaper that can be picked up in a reasonable time!
So when has domino's stopped the little pepper and parmesson cheese packets? And when asked about it why would the delivery guy get pist at an aEmployee about it when he didn't know the new little shakers that they selling for a 1.25 a piece and offer me help out then just stand there. Then after I drop part of my order want to come and help out at that point. Gold star to the 2 employees that had smiles and were amazing and helpful. Big F delivery guy or manager who ever he was I didn't catch his name but the way he just jumped down the employees throat then glared at me for even asking about the peppers or parmesson. Easily could have said nicely we can't give those but we can sell them at this price. But the way a manager or delivery guy just handled this situation was not a good environment won't be surprised if they have a high turn around rate due to this managers/delivery guys demeanor. And I'm not one to like to bash company's but when you treat your penployees poorly and talk to customers and employees like we all should know about no more packets at this domino's. So hope they figure something out as at this point my family will not return to this dominos

Well good food the 2 employees behind the counter were super nice. The delivery guy/manager not sure which he was, but he was not nice about how he handled the situation about me just asking about the packets of peppers and parmesson and even the napkins they normally give. He went to kinda blowing up on the guy behind the counter cause they do these little shakers now and not the packets any more then proceed to forget all about the napkins. The 2 behind the counter wanted to try to make sure I got my order out to my car ok. But at that point I wanted to be away from the delivery guy/ manager guy or who ever he thought he was. Then as I turned to leave I knocked my order over and over my shoulder I hear him in a snobby tone if any of its messed we will remake it for you.... not sure if he was having a bad day or what but the way he treated this situation, I may not go back. But props to the 2 employees for dealing with such a rude snobby boss. I'd have lost it on my boss if he talked to me in the tone he talked to you.

Used to be really good I got a pizza tonight, the pizza was super dry hardly any sauce, they are super stingy on the pepperoni, the wings didn’t have any sauce on them, and to top it off they closed the box on the pizza thumbs down

Iv been pretty disappointed with dominos lately, Iv had overdone bread bites that were hard as rock multiple times in the past. Missing a sauce that I paid for & now this was my pizza last night & it wasn’t even cut! The cheese and topping were everywhere & I called to let them know, all they could do was offer to remake it which includes me driving back to the store when they boxed this pizza up and saw what it looked like should have never been served to a customer… or they said they would give me a credit for next time which sounded very unreliable because they just said “call and place the order next time and we will give you a fee pizza which I feel like is going to be an issue when the times comes.”
