Dutch Bros Coffee

Usually don't do this... but man a couple workers here just make my drink horrible for some reason. If I ask for less ice in a 32oz they make my drink with a full cup of ice then proceed to scoop it out with a big spoon taking a quarter of my drink with it. Next week theu have a joke "oh dint forget light ice hahahaha"... very childish behavior. I ask for extra sweet and they make it more sour than I've ever had it and it taste like watered down crap. Some people are amazing and my drink is bomb but these times of horrible drinks are starting to make me dread coming here. I hope things change because the disappointment sucks and paying $10 plus a day not counting my wife's drink is turning out to be more of a waste of money than anything.

The mixed girl with the super pretty curly hair who came out and took my order was incredibly sweet. We laughed & talked while waiting for my order like a friend would. Made my day!🥰 I got an iced brownie batter with protein milk and it IS BOMB. 2 wins!

I went to Dutch Bros this morning around 8:30am or so. The barista's were very helpful in helping me decide on something different to drink for coffee since I wanted to try something new & I told them my go to & what I like & don't like. They surprised me with a Salted Carmel Snickers Freeze coffee. It was so good! If I could, I would give them a 10 star 🌟 rating, but since I can only do 5 stars I'll do that!!! They are also fast with service, no matter how long the lines are. The batista's are always so polite & helpful in helping me decide on what drink I want when I can't decide or if I want to try something new like today they gave me a recommendation & surprised me with something that was very good. I've been going to this Dutch Bros location for 2yrs. now & I'll continue going to this one! Thank you!

The staff is always super fast and friendly, drinks are always amazing 10/10 would recommend!! Would recommend a Sorbet rebel with soft top!!

These people are consistently awesome! Always, yes, always get great service and delicious coffee. Long lines are quicker than you think because they send a barista or broista (a guy) car-to-car to take orders. You can also pay for your drink in line if using a card. You get to the window, and your drink is ready! They always initiate conversation, and it doesn't feel rehearsed. Love this place. Can say nothing bad about them.

Today I went to get my usual coffee my sugar-free golden eagle with almond milk and soft top light ice.
The gal she has blonde hair , glasses, was on the outside tablet helping me , she asked me if I was on my way to work because I was dressed in my scrubs and I told her I just got laid off… And it was definitely a new experience for me. (The clinic is going through a lot of big changes and I definitely need to get my hours so it was better to get Unemployment then remain)
She was so kind to take the time to just give me five minutes of her time and tell me that her family is going through the same thing with her husband That it’s definitely uncharted waters But things will be OK.
I said that I was joining the United States Air Force in two months. I have a ship out date got the job I wanted …. And I guess it was time to focus on me to get ready, so it was kind of like a shock but a blessing at the same time. She was so sweet to tell me that I have an amazing personality From what she can tell, I’m super easy-going and Just a kind hearted person and I really needed that…
I just needed someone to be nice and she was it. She went out of her way to take a moment because I was struggling with new life changes that wasn’t in the plan. I appreciate her so much and I hope she gets a raise and I hope she sees this.
The service here is always outstanding. The drinks here are always phenomenal. I truly feel valued here and they will always have my business. Thank you for hiring the sweetest people here.

My husband and I have been going to Dutch Bros for years in Idaho. The creativity of the drink selection is incredible. There’s an older man there who is our favorite. He’s so absolutely genuinely friendly. He makes you feel like you’re friends. He’s the best.

Nice marketing ploy Dutch Bros…..? You succeeded in bringing in numerous customers with the bait of a Dutch Bros rubber duck but the purchasing manager failed. We were told that they ran out of the ducks 45 minutes after opening. Okay, that was disappointing, but it happens all the time with the stickers. However, unexpectedly, that wasn’t the only disappointment. My daughter and I ordered two drinks, a hot cocoa and a coffee. We waited 30 minutes and watched customers with mobile orders, or who arrived after us, receive their orders. When I got the hot cocoa, it wasn’t even lukewarm. I was not going to wait another 30 minutes for more frustration. Dutch Bros is usually a positive experience, but today it was a complete letdown.

Always pretty quick even with a long line!! Employees at this location are always quick, easy and fun to talk to. Shout out to Katelyn who literally anticipated what we needed and was so helpful and awesome!! Thanks for being a ray of sunshine?
