THE WORST EXPERIENCE! Why did I have to sit in line for over 15 mins for an energy drink? This location is the worst! Definitely don’t stop here if you are on a schedule!

Ava was such an amazing and wonderful barista. She was so polite, so kind. I don't normally go to gravity, but because of Ava, I'll definitely come back. Like the conversation was great, she had such a great and happy aura. Just the perfect barista ever!

20-minute wait. 1 batista with no sense of urgency. Customer service was non existence. Proper training and support is what is needed. Consistency, efficiency, and customer service was missing entirely. If I could rate this zero stars I absolutely would.

Considering the only serve One customer at a time from start to finish, I'd like to see the huge parking lot better used..
They don't have sales often, but when they do, they are great! Employees are always upbeat and cheerful. My favorite location is on Bethel.

Really poor customer service! My drink is relatively simple, a chai tea with coconut milk, it was given to me Luke warm with chunks in it, she didn’t seem like she could be bothered

Every time I’ve gone to this specific location there is always something wrong with the drink and I’ve had to ask the barista to correct the order. There is absolutely no consistency in taste. Last 2 times I have gone and asked for cream or whip cream it has tasted bad like they’re using old milk products ruining the entire drink. I will say that most of their baristas are super nice.
