Holy Water A Heavenly Lounge

Great spot! We arrived after 9:30, and I found us seats at the bar. There were tables available, but the bar gave us a good look at service and bar work - which we appreciate.
We ordered Hangover Homies with an overeasy egg and all the topping options (onion, meat, and mushrooms) with sausage gravy, and the stuffed biscuit with sausage and scrambled eggs. This turned out to not be the best choice on our part because these biscuits are made to soak up gooey goodness and scrambled eggs leave little needing to be absorbed. Learn from our folly and order an over easy egg - or ask your server for their thoughts.
You'll note we aren't blaming the biscuit because it had fabulous flavor, was fluffy and went very well with the gravy. The home fries/potatoes are a knock-out base for these dishes. I appreciate a well seasoned potato dish, especially when they add nicely caramelized onions. They did. Soooo good.
To drink we ordered the gin smash and berry seltzer (na). Both included a fair muddling of fresh fruit and complimented our rich meals well, cutting through their heaviness with the citrus/berry flavors like a bit of a palette cleanser.
The atmosphere is fun, welcoming, and the decor is intriguingly busy. Everywhere you look you will find something to catch your eye for a moment or two.

We had the most amazing brunch here today! I order the same thing every time. The food was absolutely incredible, I had the hangover homies with a biscuit. Definitely get both bacon and the mushroom and onions. Our servers were really nice and fun, too. Parking is limited but there's more out front. Definitely get a mimosa, they're strong but the mango is really tasty.

Great vibes and drinks! Food is hit or miss… some stuff is real weird lol stay away from the charcuterie board with their pickled asparagus nonsense but run toward the brussel sprouts! And note that the spinach artichoke dip doesn’t have artichoke in it- it taste like spinach in Alfredo sauce.

I was finally able to make it out to Holy Water. It’s been on my radar for a while after seeing some of their social media posts and meeting the owner at another local establishment. Sunday brunch was delicious! The atmosphere is cozy, charming, and eclectic. I’m looking forward to more visits. Great job!👏

Ok. I love this place! How adorable!!! The corned beef hash was top notch, the goat cheese and mushroom omelette, absolute perfection. The staff were so kind and considerate too. I love the eclectic furniture and decor.

We had grilled cheese with fresh mozzarella, tomato, basil and balsamic vinegar came with a side of roasted tomato soup. AMaZing! We also tried the asparagus toast, house made home made hollandaise, need I say more….. I work in this service industry, and I this place is top notch! Service is superior, food I would give 10 stars if available. Nice little hidden gem in port orchard.
