I have a dairy allergy, they are always very understanding and even when I get a delivery they assure me they changed their gloves and used a new knife to ensure there was no cross contamination! The food is also always delicious with fresh ingredients.

Got a BLT sandwich yesterday and a few hours later was in the bathroom for 16 hours straight with food poisoning will be sueing

Energetic vibes, friendly efficient staff, great service, excellent sandwich & fountain drink with crushed ice. Quality of beef much better than competition--tasty, tender, fresh & no gristle. Yay!

Tyler and Kyler are amazing people. Made 3 subs exactly how I asked and it was delicious. Super friendly people and I ordered at 9:40pm, and they were happy to take my order, super friendly, and lots of casual conversation. Tipped them both and will be coming back!

Almost every single time I get a sandwich from here it’s not made correctly. I usually check it before driving off and usually have to hand it back for them to make it correctly. Of course I was rushing this evening and didn’t check it….for a nearly $20 sandwich idk how they are literally always missing things on them. Today it was missing bacon….so if you’re cool with your food always being wrong check this place out.

Food quality is ok...I wouldn't bother ordering online though. I've tried 3 times now and every time, after driving 5-10 minutes to pick up, I've waited inside the store at least 10 more minutes. Meanwhile multiple people order at the counter and drive thru and get served first. Ridiculous.

I got the #12 it’s my go to but why is every so stingy on the amount of ingredients?? Who only puts 3 cucumber slices.. usually I don’t care but when I have to ask for extra everything and then get charged double for an actual satisfying sandwich is ridiculous. I’m more curious if it’s the employees or the practice of the company.

$17 for a combo where it’s pretty much a salad sandwich. Sandwich was 3 inches thick with two paper thin slices of meat.

While the food and wait times are fine, I've had 3 pick-up orders in a row missing the drink/chips. You should always check everything in the bag before leaving the window or counter, they don't seem to double check and it's happened when they had little to no customers so.....
