Timing was decent, but the fries were somehow chewy and my Mac and cheese with chicken bowl came with only 5 really small pieces of chicken. Mac and cheese is always on point.

App said would be ready in 20 - 30 minutes. Takes about 25 to get there. They said chicken was still cooking and they'd bring it out in 5. Brought out over 13 later. Legs and wings were dry. Breasts and thighs were soggy. Chicken was so salty could barely eat 1 piece. Took skin and breading off the rest to reduce salt. But chicken tasted like it had been brined.

Worst experience ever order food at 5:30 for pickup recieved confirmation order was ready for pickup at 5:50 arrived to resturant at 6pm I was told they were still working on it waited additional 1/2 hr before going to the counter to be told the order was not in the system. Completely ridiculous there were approx 10-15 people that had waited 45 min or more. These kids have no idea how to manage or run a business. Then when I asked for a refund I was told to call a 1-800 number then told they needed to review and it could take 14 days uncalled for. I will never go to this location again. My order total was 60.00 and normally over 100.00 for my family.

Worst KFC experience of my life! Do not recommend going here unless you feel like waiting for them to raise & cook the chicken while you’re sitting there because it takes so long. I got in the drive-thru at 6:08, ordered my food (2 classic chicken littles, 2 original breasts, and a classic chicken sandwich), and it took until 6:44 to get it. Then of course by the time I brought it home, the chicken littles & sandwich were cold. The only reason I didn’t immediately turn back around to get a refund was because I have a functional microwave. I should’ve just left the drive-thru when the other people in front of me had shifted into park.

I Wouldn’t order Uber eats from here, Called them ahead of time since their fry option on the app was taken away, They still weren’t able to give me fries and I waited and went through three drivers before they were able to give me my food three hours later, Very annoying/sad experience

This establishment needs to be reviewed by the franchise for suitability, The restaurant needs to be renovated.
At 11:30 you would think the food would be fresh but I ordered original two-piece meal for $5 and what I got was either overcooked chicken or fresh morning 6am chicken The crispy skin was not so, it was dry, chewy and greasy. The french fries were old too. The only item I got that was edible was a biscuit. They need better equipment for their food and deep clean.
I've been going to KFC's across the US for over 50 years. This one in Port Orchard is the worst when it comes to service! Tried getting service twice. Left twice.

I had one of the worst experiences at KFC. The food was cold, greasy, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The chicken was dry inside and oily on the outside, and the sides were just as bad—stale fries and soggy biscuits. On top of that, the service was terrible: the staff seemed careless, unfriendly, and in no hurry to help. The restaurant itself was dirty, with tables unclean and trash overflowing. For the price I paid, it was absolutely not worth it. I will not be going back, and I do not recommend this location to anyone.

Was here with my son today for lunch and the young man that was working the Cashier and the drive through was amazing. Very informative on the meal options. He was patient & kind.We don’t eat out much so I’m not up to date with the menu. My only complaint is that the ac at this location is not working well and the employees deserve better. There is a portable ac in front of the cashier for the front of the restaurant for the customers in the front half of the building but nothing on the sides or where the employees work. KFC do right by the employees & fix the Ac.
