Was here with my son today for lunch and the young man that was working the Cashier and the drive through was amazing. Very informative on the meal options. He was patient & kind.We don’t eat out much so I’m not up to date with the menu. My only complaint is that the ac at this location is not working well and the employees deserve better. There is a portable ac in front of the cashier for the front of the restaurant for the customers in the front half of the building but nothing on the sides or where the employees work. KFC do right by the employees & fix the Ac.

I haven't been here in years, because every prior experience was less then stellar, the last time the food was not edible, so I stopped trying. Today, it's pretty lunch, it's been years, surely it will be different. Well, I can't speak to the food as I never even got a chance to order. If they had atleast acknowledged me, I would have waited for a very long time, but alas, they could not be bothered. There were zero people in the drive thru, and I car in the parking lot. There was 1 guy in the lobby, appeared to be waiting for food, I stood there for awhile, moved up closer to the counter to hopefully get someone's attention. Nothing. Several minutes go by and the drive thru person (who had no customers) walked out of the box ,saw me, I smiled, and they kept walking, so out of sight. No hi, we will be with you shortly ...nothing. ok. Wait, wait, another person is now in the lobby, I asked if they ordered? Yes, ok...well at least some is being helped. Waited a bit more, and left. Won't be back, Arby's was delighted to take my order and my money, and the chicken was delicious. So I recommend Arby's up the hill.

I went to pick up a delivery. I checked in when I first arrived and they told me it wasn’t ready yet. I waited for 10 minutes and then went up to the front to inquire at this point. I got a very flippant response that annoyed me a lot. Basically that they were in no rush. Very slow store and very poor customer service.

I had ordered online at 5:35. For pick up at 6:15. I get there and orders not ready. I ordered original recipe and all they had was extra crispy. I asked for money money back . The crew member tells me he can't do that on a online order. So if I'm not happy with my order, I don't get my money back or take what ever they have an suck it up. While waiting, ever order that went out was not correct according to the crew member tell the person picking up. It's a payday Friday night for the largest employer in the county and they are not prepared or ran out of original recipe chicken at 6:15. Need better management.
Edit: 5 days later I still have food poisoning. Avoid this nasty place.

Order 2 of the $20 chicken meals. They cone with 4 sides. So I should of got 8 sides. I got my 2 Mac and my 2 coleslaw but not my 4 potatoes. Tried calling the store and it just says the party you are trying to reach is not available. I live at hour away otherwise I would drive back there.
