Why did my food taste poisonous? Like, farm? The whole bowl with potatoes smelt and tasted like it came from a farm. I don't know if it was the corn, potatoes, or chicken. ?? The whole thing was off. The staff was kind, but the food was bad. I have gone here before and it was good, but that time was horrible. My friend tasted it too. Bad. I'd like a word with the staff and owners or reassurance that I didn't get poisoned.

This store is the worst in all KFC branch. My daughter placed an order thru UBER for pick up and when she went to pick up her meal the staff told her that it was already been picked. The staff didn’t even check confirmation number and decided to just give the food to somebody else. When my daughter try to explain that they ask her if she wants to cancel her order but she is going to pay again. Really!!! This is scam! Do not go in here!

Got some mac n cheese chicken tender wraps and it was sweet and cheesy and then you get that amazing breaded chicken . I would have to say that i am very happily surprised at how they came out. Who knew two amazing things could tase so good together like that .

The drive thru was kind of flooded. Seems like a potential safety issue.Everything else was fantastic.
If really hungry and just happen to be driving by the Bay Street turn, I'm always tempted to pull in, and occasionally succumb to the temptation. I get an ordinary meal, wing & breast, mashed tators, biscuit. It's always "good enough." The original recipe is gummy on the outside so I get the crispy most often and it's never perfect but it's fine. Rather surprisingly, their chicken sandwich has got to be the worst in the fast-food marketplace. The bigger surprise is their chicken pot pie is great, and for the last little while it's all I've gotten there. Among "extras" occasionally added, the coal slaw is nasty and way too sweet though I seem to recall many, many years ago it was pretty good but no more. The cookies are mediocre. Mac & Cheese is mushy and bad. Long ago they had corn on the cob which was always cooked way too long and totally ruined, but now they just have kernel corn as a side which is nothing special but okay.

Worst experience from the time I placed my food, to when I received my food at the window. The girl working drive thru (Kaitlyn) was EXTREMLY RUDE after I placed my order and asked to repeat it back she made side comments not realizing her headset was still on, got to the window and immediately could see her and another younger worker there continuing making rude remarks and laughing. They intentionally left ALL our side items out of the order, tried calling the store knowing they’re not busy because of the roundabout being built there, and they don’t wanna answer the call. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE…. Better off getting fried chicken from Safeway and calling it a night. I’d give this a 0/5 stars but I had to give ‘em 1 just to give a review.
