Every time I come here I always end up waiting 30+ minutes for my order. A lot of the times I come here and they just completely forget about me. I do think the food is good. Just not very good

This place is awful. I heard from family how great their soft serve is but that the service is terrible. We decided to give them a chance…ordered our 4 ice creams..lady working couldn’t remember our orders and kept having us repeat them until she finally decided to write them down. Once everything was written down and we were given the total we tried paying with card and she then stated “oops I should have told you from the beginning we aren’t taking cards right now. Our system has been down since the lightening” that was WEEKS ago. If not a month or more. Waste of our time and she had a bit of an attitude on top of it. Seems like there needs to be more than one employee working. Especially on hot days and weekends. They need to make sure to put up a “CASH ONLY” sign when their system is down.

I’ve been there 3 times now. EACH TIME we have waited over 40 mins(Each time we were the only ones there). First time there was for two Ice cream cones and a mangonada which were all yummy, but my 4yr old was beyond tired of waiting for her ice cream cone. Then the other two times I ordered burgers with fries and spam musubi, both times the fries were soggy and under cooked and the musubi tasted old/stale. I went back only because I thought maybe the food would be better and they were having an off day, but the food wasn’t any better and the wait for mediocre food was ridiculous.We live just down the street and we won’t be back.

I’ve shown up 4 separate occasions, and all 4 times, I was never served. First time, me and my mom were craving lumpia, they were open, we rang the bell, waited 5 minutes, rang bell again, waited another few minutes, decided to leave and go somewhere else. The other 3 times we showed up during their posted business hours and they were closed? I understand small businesses need to close sometimes because of staffing or emergencies etc, but if your google AND your door signs say you’re open… at the very LEAST put a sign on you’re door saying “sorry we are closed due to X, we will be back at *blank* time” … it’s honestly ridiculous. I gave them way too many chances.

Waited over an hour ( hour and 15 minutes to be exact). The lady gave us our money back. We really wanted to try this place out and felt bad but we had groceries in our trunk. We even had some one order AFTER us and the got their food before us (maybe she knew the person working there).Like I said, we felt terrible canceling our order.

There was an older women who said our 3 things would take about 20 minutes and we were okay with it. When 45 minutes passed and she was working on the fruit cup for 30 minutes I had to ask how much longer for our ice cream and she said 10 minutes. Literally and hour for an elote, ice cream, and a fruit cup. We were the only people here. I’m amazed honestly. Please train these people or hire more help :)

This place had the absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced at a food place. The person working the register and making the food didn’t know their own menu. It was really bizarre.I said “I want a 6 piece Banana Lumpia.” And she was like “You want two 3 piece?” And I was like, no, the menu says there’s a 6 piece.She couldn’t figure it out, and created a “custom item” for $6.50. I didn't think that was the right price, but she should know their many better than me right?Well I come back to get my food and they only made a 3 piece. I was like, I ordered the 6 piece. She’s like “I didn’t charge you for a 6 piece.”So I ask for a copy of my receipt since they didn’t give me a receipt the first time. Then they’re taking like 10 minutes trying to figure out how to print the receipt. So I look at their menu and I’m like, it says $4.50 for the 3 piece. So I’m like; I remember you charged me $6.50 for a custom item, but it’s $4.50 for a three piece. So you over charged me by $2.00 plus tax.So she gives me $1.50 back as a refund. At that point there wasn’t any purpose in me talking about it anymore and left.We will never be returning.

This place is rarely open when I go. And when they are open, the service is terrible. They don't even know their own menu. Extremely long wait for the food when they're not even busy. I'd hate to know how long it takes when they ARE busy. I've given them four chances and have been disappointed every time. I will no longer be returning.

We waited 50 MINUTES for elote, chilaquiles, breakfast sandwich and garlic fries (pictured below). They were not busy.Signage indicates Caribbean, however, the food seems mostly Mexican fusion.The chilaquiles had no sauce (green or red).The elote was ok. I couldn't taste any hint of actual roasting. We got the "in a cup" version it could have been out of a can. In any case, it tasted ok, but not noteworthy. The generous amount of parmesan cheese helped.They were unable to make the vegetarian or breakfast burritos due to an electrical issue (breaker keeps tripping).The garlic fries were good, and i appreciated the amount of parmesan cheese on them. They came with a choice of ranch or jalapeño ranch. The dip was goodWe probably won't be back. The wait for such simple items was dumbfounding and ridiculous. I can't imagine how long it would be if they were actually busy.

We were told by some fellow Mexican friends that at last a place in Port Orchard had Mangonadas. When we arrived the menu looked promising. I ordered the Churo Sundae and my wife got a Mangonada. As soon as we heard the blender going...we knew it wasn't going to be a real mangonada. It was some sort of mango "smoothie" with some chamoi added instead of mango sorbet and mango chunks. So purely based on it not being a traditional Mangonada, we were pretty disappointed. That being said, My Churo Sundae was pretty good and the lady was very nice. The people in front of us said they were waiting for about 40 minutes. We waited about 20min to order and then they made our order in about 10 minutes. The soft serve was good and I'd be interested in trying other flavors, but judging by the wait times not sure we will be going back.
