Listen, this is the first review for anywhere or anything I’ve ever left. That’s how good this place is. I just went here for the first time on accident. I was trying to get to a different breakfast place nearby that google had recommended but am new in town, got turned around, ended up here, and I’m so very glad I did. First of all, they do breakfast all day which is great for someone like me who often struggles with food but can always get myself to eat a breakfast sandwich. I got the English muffin sandwich which was simple but perfect, it felt made to my personal tastebuds. I also got their hashbrowns as an afterthought, just to try, and holy heaven!!! I’m from north Florida and have missed Waffle House almost daily for the last 8 years, and these are a near perfect match. They were so good that I had to go back inside after ordering my food to go to ask for some of their sausage gravy to eat with the hashbrowns, as that was my favorite way to eat Waffle House hashbrowns. THE SAUSAGE GRAVY IS DECENT, TOO! You may want to add a little extra salt or pepper to taste but that’s a good thing, as the gravy is for their biscuits (which I will be getting next time) and eating an entire meal of too-salty gravy can horrible. I mean really, a decent sausage gravy is near impossible to find out here. They even ended up giving me the gravy for free even though they sent me with like, a soup sized container. Thank you Mina’s for an excellent meal! I’ll be back.

Food looks to be a bit over priced. I had a egg, bacon, and cheese English muffin. The sandwich was delicious 😋. This is a cute little place. The person working was nice and welcoming 😁. Very small quiet place.

Its a regular breaskfast for us on weekends. Service/servers are great. Easy menu...just a comfortable, local spot. Come on out and discover a little, hidden gem.👍🥞🥓☕

A small cafe with a diverse menu. Our breakfast was excellent. The coffee was good. Prices were reasonable. Portions were generous. Indoor and limited outdoor seating. There is also a small park across the parking lot with tables and benches. Appeared to have loyal local customers. Free paved parking. Clean restroom.

This place is awesome at making you feel at home. The food was simple but delicious, and they had a bunch of different choices to help you with whatever you're in the mood for. They were super helpful with customizing the food for my diet plan.

Freshly-prepared, tasty American and Asian favorites in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. Easy parking and just steps from the waterfront. We're regulars for brunch at Mina's.

I don't know what people are talking about but the service was terrible. I had to ask three times for cream and then after I got it, I had to get my own silverware from the bus tray to stir the coffee. It took over an hour to get a plate of eggs. The only reason I didn't leave was that my friend was to anxious. I didn't want to upset her. Don't eat here if you don't have 2 hours for breakfast.

Cute little cafe serving hawaiian/korean style plates, burgs and sandwiches.

Katsu chicken lunch special $16. Nicely prepared and tasty, but at the end I was like man... I spent almost 20 bucks with tip on a single piece of fried chicken and rice.

Onion rings are $11, that's more than brickhouse 714 charges!

Final thoughts:

Its a teriyaki/plate lunch joint, name it as such.

The menu is bloated. There's no reason why they should be selling 12 different sandwiches.

I fear the pricing is unsustainable. If you look at the menu, prices are up over 60% since pre-covid. I understand inflation yadda yadda, but I can still get chicken breast or tenders for a couple bucks a pound. Mcdonald's has multiple meal options for under $7, even in Port Orchard.

Omg who is serving here now. We were the only guests, didn’t get our water until I grabbed some bottled after 20min waiting. order was wrong and legit took an hour.

It was a beautiful day and the place was empty. I understand why now.

Little good Cafe ☕️. Coffee and food was good and hot. The portions of food were good. We couldn’t even finish it all because we got full. The waitress was nice and kept asking if we needed anything. Very comfortable atmosphere. First time in Port Orchard for me and definitely will be coming back again when we are around the area.

I have had great dishes here, and couple good dishes here, and one that wasn't my favorite but still solid. Meaning, I've never had a bad or crummy meal here and I have never regretted spending my hard earned cash here. It's not fancy fare for nose in the air clientele, but solid small town Cafe offering. Things are not outrageously priced, and you can enjoy an evening out without breaking the bank!

I come here when I'm passing through and in the mood for Mac salad. I always get the katsu chicken and Mac salad. The chicken is super plump and the Mac is a lovely Hawaiian style (slightly sweet and tangy.).
