Food is what you expect. Service is absolutely garbage. Papa Johns invests in a tracker system and this store has zero idea how to use it. Arrived after my order should have been completed and it was just going in the oven.

We ordered a large pizza with Alfredo- it tasted like dog food gravy- I called the store and they said it was canned Alfredo which was no surprise to me as the dogs didn’t even want to eat it- disgusting- 🤮

Ordered delivery several times and some pick up neither was a pleasant experience, delivery says it'll take an hour, almost 2 hours later it arrives, tried doing pick up to see if it was any faster, arrived after it's said it should be ready only to walk in and wait another 20-25 min for my order with a kaotic front area filled with others also waiting. Seems like there is a lot of room for improvement on getting the food in a timely manner.

I’ve ordered about a half dozen times in the past month. No consistency at all with the exact same order. I order extra sauce- it’s hit or miss if I get it. Mostly the cheese tastes old and the meat is sparse.

Pizza was ok. Service was absent. I ordered online and drove to the location to pick it up. I arrived about 15 minutes after the pizzas were supposed to be done so I knew they would be sitting on the rack for me. I walked inside and saw the front area was jam packed with other customers waiting to order and be helped. I went straight up to the counter when a worker (who was slapping around pizza dough) yelled “We’ll be with you in a minute!” I replied “Oh I just have a pickup.” To which I received no reply. The young lady working the counter was taking an order over the phone so I waited with everyone else. One worker came out from the back and chatted it up with the pizza dough slapper. We all stood and waited and awkwardly listening to their conversation all the time wondering why she wasn’t noticing all of us waiting to be helped. Eventually after a long wait a worker went to the rack and announced my name and handed me my pizzas. She then did it for another customer who also was just waiting for someone to hand their already paid for, ready to be served pizzas to them. Will think twice before coming back to this Papa John’s.

A great place to order a pizza that doesn't show up, requiring you to cancel your order over 2.5 hours later. Also, don't call in to request a status update about your order unless you want to be talked down to. Apparently it is always "in the oven"... I didn't know it took 2.5 hours to bake a pizza.

Horrible food and service the manager was rude I asked what came in my meal deal he replied that sounds like a online thing I said you just made it and you should know ...and all of my food was not done right wrong items and missing items and he wouldn't fix the problem......I use to love papa John's ....I'm so disappointed....70 dollars wasted and my family didn't eat it we fed it to our dogs

Dietary restrictions: I can't have red sauce for reflux, so getting the alfredo is a fabulous option for us to still have pizza sometimes!

We haven’t had Pappa John’s in a long time and decided to give it a try again. We won’t be back. The quality of the ingredients has declined. Quality ingredients used to be one of the best things about them. The pizzas were subpar, chicken wings and boneless chicken wings were nothing more than frozen Tyson wings. The pizza sandwich with pepperoni and meatballs was pretty disgusting. The meatballs were frozen cheap meatballs. I was pretty disappointed. The one good out of this was the delivery lady was friendly.

Very disappointed this time. We have pizza every Thursday when we have our grandson as he loves Papa John's. The pizza we ordered last night was 45 minutes late, with no communication that it would be. Ended up it was finally delivered by Door Dash and was cold. Had I known there was a delivery issue I would have done carry out instead of spending $40 on a cold meal.
