Luckily we had the time, but could be an issue for someone else. My only complaint, it was ridiculously cold inside. Obviously only an issue if you are dining in

After trying three times to call (calls were made 15 minutes apart), No one answered the phone. I wanted to place an order-to-go. We thought that they had possibly gone out of business. That is, until I went to Lowe’s two weeks later and saw cars in their parking lot. We ended up not having pizza that night. Seabeck Pizza is our Go-To pizza shop. But, if they don’t answer the phone, it is discouraging.

Yesterday I visit Seabeck pizza for the first time in 3 years. Prior to this visit my experience has always been that the service is extremely slow. EXTREMELY slow. This time was no different. I walked in asking for only 2 slices of pepperoni pizza. 40min later the kid working told me he forgot my pizza *burnt it* and just put in another. Literally, there was not a single other customer in the pizzeria, just me waiting for only 2 slices. 3 people were working. They were doing prep work, not even making pizzas. Another 20 minutes goes by and my slices were ready just in time before I argued for a refund. I've came to Seabeck pizza off and on for 20 years. The service never changes, it's always slow.

I was shocked when i saw one of the workers so disrespectful and rude to me and other customers. I have bern to this location multiple times, but after today i am not sure i will ever return.

Get the chicken Alfredo pizza! We added onions to it and it was so freaking good. I might add garlic next time but otherwise, this was an epic pizza.

Ordered 3 large pizzas costing $86 for my dad’s 80th bday party figuring they would be good….I was definitely wrong! Dry, virtually no red sauce and toppings were lacking. I was embarrassed to serve them. I called the next day and spoke with manager Kay and all she’d do to resolve this was give me a $10 credit on file for my next visit. I even provided her with a picture of the leftovers. I told her I was expecting a refund on 2 of the pizzas. She didn’t agree and took away the $10 credit once I told her I would never be a repeat customer and that I would be leaving Seaback Port Orchard a negative review. For $86 the pizza should not have been this way. Terrible customer service.
