Starbucks now preferences online orders over people who bother to walk in for service. You’ve got it wrong Starbucks. An empty lobby does not mean fast service, it means after 15 minutes while baristas prepare orders for people off of their phone. Is that what we really come to? I’ll go to the locally owned and operated drive-through any day
Tried to return a cup I recently purchased with my Starbucks card that is defective. The manager wouldn’t even stop walking to talk to me, just walked behind the person saying that without a receipt I couldn’t return it. Amazing since it’s a limited edition that just came out, and has their logo on it. Surprised they cannot look it up with my card.
I frequent a few different Starbucks in the Gig Harbor/Port Orchard area and this is by far my favorite one! It feels like family. :)
