My husband and I stopped by for drinks, we like the drinks there and we regularly go shopping there, we always order lemonade with little ice, this time the lady who served us (in a bad way) told us that she was going to charge us an extra dollar because we wanted little ice and she had to add more lemonade to our drink... as I repeat, we always buy the same thing at Starbucks and they never charge us extra, but in this branch, in addition to the bad customer service, they charged us extra. Since when do they charge extra for asking for little ice in a drink?

Asked to check my 2 card balances, laid out 2 cards, as for one of them had a less amount on it and I wanted to use that one first, nope she just scanned the first card and said I'll use this one with out checking the second card. I politely asked her why she didn't check the second card after she scan the first card and she said I had to buy something in order to check that card balance. That's complete B.S.!!!! I will never buy another coffee from Starbucks. Yeah, and it's because of that smart mouth child you have working there. I wish I could remember her name. Also the 24 ounce latte I order with a extra shot, and whip cream didn't happen either. No extra shot and no whip cream.

I only stopped here because I was with somebody else and they wanted to go to Starbucks Because they have a Starbucks card and they want to get points. Like most Starbucks nice service but the is not that great.
