Reading some of these reviews, I understand that businesses cannot please everybody. One bad experience especially if you catch somebody on a bad day can be unfortunate. I've personally been there as a customer. Over the last five years, I on and off come to this specific Starbucks store for school work, book studies with friends, or just meeting up with people. Lobby and dine in, 10/10 experience. Lively yet calm, kind staff that greet you when you enter and give a warm fair well as you continue your day. Ask how you're doing every once in a while, and just overall personable people. I want to specifically shout out Elaine, Breanna D, Kim, Julie, AJ, and the (I believe, am unsure) manager, and former Baristas Daniel S, Daniel W, Aubrey I, and Bri S. Great people, great place to be for a Starbucks.
NOTE: I am 100% a support your local coffee shop girly. I come here because it is the only coffee shop in Port Orchard open long enough for me to complete my school work late after a full work day. So slay of you, Mile Hill Starbies <<3333

Met here for a job interview, and it was very clean and the people that work there we're friendly enough. But, no matter how many times I try it, or in what different ways I try it, I really do not like Starbucks coffee ☕. It's horrible compared to other brands. 😒🥱😫

I just came by to order a grande apple crisp nondairy cream chai. The only difference is I want it hot because it’s a little cooler out today.
The barista told me that they can’t do that because they don’t have a button for the hot version, so she would ring up a chai with a different syrup. That’s not what I’m ordering. I told her I still want the cold foam as well. She then was up-charging for syrup & foam.
Why not just put in the button you have, then make it hot? The only difference is not putting in ice. That should not cost more. +$1.45 extra just for the syrup & telling me you can’t put the foam? I’m ordering a drink that has cold foam. I paid more the other day for a tall concoction than a grande of the drink I’m trying to order, but the time they made exactly what I asked for was what tasted like what I was paying for.
What a waste of money. It shouldn’t cost that much more & be a huge hassle to simply make a drink hot. Poor customer service on her part. Why advertise specialty drinks if you’re going to make it so damn difficult to order them? This Starbucks has seriously gone down hill because they lack basic competence.

A must for the midday Freshly Brewed Blonde wake up call.
I love to get either the dirty Chai latte or an iced americano. The breakfast sandwiches are ok but yoo expensive in my opinion, and my son loves the chocolate croissant and cake
I crashed in here all the time during my last year of college to study. The staff were always SO nice and inviting. Thanks for helping me finish my undergrad!! Y'all rock.
